We recently sold our home of 14 years in San Bruno and bought a new home in Burlingame. We wanted to use the equity in the existing home as down payment for the new home, but also did not want to sell the existing home until we had found and had an offer accepted on a new house. Once the Catapult deal was setup, we were able to make a strong no-contingency offer on the new house within 30 mins of seeing it! This is important in such a fast moving market as the Bay Area. Once the offer on the new house was accepted, we wanted to move fast and sell the old house before the winter off-season, and here again Catapult was extremely efficient and helpful.
