Cat SisterReviews of cat-sister.com

We ordered two coffee mugs in two sizes to honor the memory of our sweet Tibetan Terrier. Both mugs arrived within one week from the day we placed order. We are thrilled with the whole design, as well as with the quality, and with the effect of the pictures of our boy that were beautifully placed on both caps. We really enjoy every morning our coffee with our boy. It brings us sweet memories❤️‍🩹💚

I received an email after leaving a bad review. They responded with your order was delivered Oct. 5th. I did not receive pkg. I gave my correct address, first one delivered to wrong address and city. Told I would get replacement never received info it was shipped, no tracking info. I'm trying to get refund but won't respond. Do not order from them. Customer service says available 24/7 but they ignore you. I paid over $30 for a cup I never received. Customer service sucks😡😡😡

Shipping was fast ... The shirt looks cheaply made . Very disappointed!!! It didn't even look like the picture I sent and approved... Would i recommend this company.. No absolutely not !!!!

I submitted a picture of two recently rescued sibling puppies to put on a coffee mug. The combination of two, black dogs on one mug was very challenging to capture. However, Sarah at Cat Sister went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the final mug picture. It definitely helped getting an email with a picture of the mug image to review before the mug was produced. This enabled me to lighted my submitted picture to get a better final mug image. Thank you Cat Sister.

Ordered two cups with our cats on. Excellent workmanship. Contacted customer service with a question and really quick response. Highly recommend

I ordered a blanket with my dog s picture on it from another company, it turned out terrible. They wouldn’t call back and wouldn’t refund my money. I purchased an item from cat sisters, tgey were prompt and the item turned out amazing. The customer service was unbelievably fast and great to deal with I will buy other items from the again soon. You can’t go wrong working with them. Danny

This company has a wide range of styles and designs to choose from. I love the funny sayings on the shirts and other items, and I have gotten many complements when wearing my t-shirts! The colors are vivid and they don't fade, even after repeated washing! Delivery is fairly speedy, with the packaging always intact. All in all, I highly recommend this site, if you're looking for a great kitty t-shirt!

Every shirt I've purchased has resulted in compliments. Great service. Fast delivery.
