Castos provides strong analytics that are helpful and interesting to follow. The platform works well to share out podcast on a variety of channels. We also get excellent same day or next day at the latest customer service response about any issue we have with uploads or content management. The added episode transcription has been a help in post-production as far as analyzing questions and how to lead the interview. Our podcast is not big or monetized. Castos does an excellent job to meet our needs in making episodes available for all our platforms.
