Obsessed with my Castle Flexx stretcher! I held off on ordering it because $209 seemed kind of pricey but I was getting desperate with first time ever plantar fasciitis heel pain which I think came from tight calves and not stretching before a long quick walk a few weeks ago. I can't believe how good it makes my legs feel! My ankles, calves and achilles feel so much better and my heel pain is almost completely gone. Apparently the magic is that it stretches your toes too. Took it to the lake and had my family try it. My super sporty 57 y.o. cousin loved it and so did my serious bicyclist 60 y.o. brother in law I have already sent one to my other brother in law and I am sending one to my 84 y.o. mother and my sister in law. And I will order another one to leave at the lake. It is so good! I love that I can do it in bed before getting up and I don't have to look for a step to drop my heel to stretch before exercising. And the quality is great, the handle bars are so solid it could double as a billy club on my nightstand 😎
