I generally do not write reviews, but I felt compelled to write a review for Casket Emporium. In particular, for the owner Joe who contacted me within minutes of me contacting him on the website. He was compassionate, honest and truly a pleasure to work with. He was in constant communication with me and helped find the exact casket we were looking for for our dear grandmother. He searched and searched until he found exactly what we were looking for, gave us a great price and even drove it to the funeral home and delivered it earlier than expected. I wish more business owners still had the kind of honestly and integrity that Joe has. Even though this was a very hard time for myself and my family, Joe made the whole process very easy and extremely professional. I would give him 10 stars if that was an options. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Honestly, Casket Emporium was like having an angel on our side. When another funeral home literally gave false information to try to get my family to buy their product, Joe from Casket Emporium helped me to learn the truth about pricing, sizing, and other information to make informed decisions for my loved one! I recommend them 100%!

Joe was excellent he kept his word every time . I unfortunately had to bury 3 of my family members in 90 days and this took a lot of pressure off because he helped our family save a lot of money and offered us great service and information. He was respectful, quick and accurate

These guys helped me out last minute. Made sure everything was delivered as promised and on time. Excellent service and I couldn’t beat the price anywhere I looked. Thanks again

A family should never have to bury their 6 year old little girl, but we did... in the midst of all the shock and grief our funeral home gave us three choices for a casket. All of which were unacceptable, one looked like a plastic box, our princess deserved the very best! My son set off in a journey to find the perfect casket, we found Joe's company in Brooklyn, NY! Joe was there when our family needed his help the most, sent us so many beautiful choices, he kept all of his promises! From choice, quality to a timely delivery, always comforting me and my worries of something going wrong... nothing went wrong, Joe made it possible for our princess to have her beautiful pink casket.... Thank You Joe, for all you did for our family, you put our mind at ease when it came to this most difficult choice! I’m sorry I can only give you 5 stars, you deserve at least 10 stars ..

Joe is a very trustworthy merchant who will go above and beyond to make sure your loved one is taken care of. Even though my funeral director was lying and giving both of us a hard time about using an "outside" company for the casket, Joe stood by me and met all their unreasonable demands. His product was beautiful. Everyone present at the funeral said my dad was going to be laid to rest in a Cadillac. I would highly recommend Joe and his company to anyone who needs his fine quality merchandise and services. Thank you very much Casket Emporium.

My experience with Joe and Casket Emporium was amazing! The product was beautiful, the pricing was reasonable and most importantly the service was impeccable. In a time of hardship, the seamlessness of this process made my life a whole lot easier. -Eboni N. NYC
