I recently purchased a caskets and Joe helped me his customer services was excellent. I purchased it on Tuesday and it was delivered on Thursday. I live in NJ, and it was being shipped to AL. I had to do everything from here because I could not travel since the virus. People were surprised when I said I would order my own casket but I knew the savings in doing this.
