I had a 50/1 winning acca with 1 leg left the whole time they suspended my bet and I asked for help and they didnt do anything and my bet ended up losing. The staff are useless and its such a joke I wanted to be responsible and cash out and yet they didnt care and lost me hundreds from a winning bet

The withdrawls are very slow they keep it endesly on pending in the hope you lose it all back. They call it revieuwing the payment. When u deposit they dont need to revieuw anything. But when you withdrawl they need up to 48 hours because it is such a heavy task. They really think every body is an idiot. Just put your self on self exlusion for 24 hours. It is so unsportif of them. To keep that money unnessesary on hold.
