I received a bonus by email from the casino and accumulated winnings totaling $80. When I requested to withdraw this amount, the chat operator informed me that the winnings were not withdrawable because I have been registered for more than one month and have previously played using email bonuses. I was told that bonus winnings are only withdrawable if they are earned within the first month of registration. Lots of games to choose from as well
