However, the moment I hit a larger win and requested a redemption for 2,301.27 SC, my account was abruptly locked under a sudden "restricted state" compliance excuse. Rather than honoring the game outcome, they closed the account entirely, refunded only the base purchase deposits, and completely confiscated the winnings. Permitting players to deposit and cash out smaller amounts only to cite "state restrictions" as a pretext to void accounts after a major win is a clear bad-faith tactic to dodge payouts. I have preserved all transaction history, prior payout proofs, and compliance communications, and I am actively filing formal consumer protection complaints with the FTC and State Attorney General. Players should exercise extreme caution before depositing funds here.
