Not happy my loan was at $700 dropped down to $500 half way paid off wasn't able to request an increase when questioned why was told maybe because I asked for an increase

I can’t understand about online loan.. I had put my information,, and then they said 30min 15min.. they won’t call me back, I have to call back them. And then not approved that. They don’t have pay attention. I didn’t get email also. It’s like scam.

I received a anwser from cash time my payment was going to be made on the 3rd of may it was not going to be over 30 days late. I told them that many times everyday for 2 weeks to Julio and Elonda. The last day they called to haress me i told them the payment would be there by the 3rd of may again. So what did the do the same day took the truck , the transmission had gone out on the way back from Tucson. So now i owe 2 times as much after being honest telling them where the truck was and i would be in to pay . I guess that doesn't matter being honest anymore. Because when they talked to me the last time nothing was said about getting the truck and they got it on the same day. Now i owe over 3000 dollars plus interest i know i am responsible to pay the loan they could of at least gave me till the 3rd to pay my payment then i could have sold the Expedition Eddie Bauer 4 wheel drive loaded. To pay the loan they are just leagal loan sharks.

It is not the best place for a loan, and they do have trouble pronouncing names, repeating what you have specifically told them, and after 4 attempts to change my address as to where my title was to be sent after it was paid off, they still managed to get the address wrong and never got my title. Their response, nothing we can do, even though their agent screwed up. They take no responsibility or accountability for ANYTHING! If they mistakenly run your debit card and collect a payment from your account and you did not want auto pay, to bad. They don't care. Apathetic or just plain lazy. Avoid this place at all costs. They cannot spell or apparently up date addresses. And if you mark a box on your loan no auto pay, they do it anyways! How they stay in business is beyond me. Worst run place EVER! Their reply to my question of how will I get my title back since they input the wrong address, and god knows where it was sent, was for me to pay $4 to the DMV. They are utterly useless. Steer clear.

We had two title loans with the Bell Road location. We decided to move our loans to another company, while doing this I requested the payoff amount and discovered that every month ALL of the payment went towards interest with nothing ever going towards the principal. This all started when we filed bankruptcy. We called Cash Time to let them know that we reaffirmed the vehicle through the court and needed to make the monthly payment. They would not take the payment and needed to go to their Corporate office to figure out how to handle the bankruptcy on their end. During a three week period, we continued calling Cash Time to follow-up and each time received the same comment that they were waiting on their corporate office. We insisted on paying them something, so we paid more than half of the monthly payment. They finally figured out how to handle the bankruptcy on their end, but NEVER explained to us as their customer the impact of only making the partial payment. They said all that needed to be done was signing a new form for them affirming the vehicle and the loan, but they never said anything about the payment. We assumed everything was okay until I received the spreadsheet and noticed they never applied anything towards the principal and they used a different, higher daily rate than what was in our contract. We paid Cash Time over $2,400 with not one penny being applied towards the principal because they dragged their feet for three weeks. After dealing with these guys, they never explain anything thoroughly and put blame on us, their client. Shame on you Cash Time for not meeting us half way and stealing $2,400. All of the title loans and companies all work the same way, just pay attention to who you do business with. Never again will we do business with Cash Time based on them not accepting any responsibility, stealing $2,400 and not being thorough explaining their business practices.

The person who greeted me was very unpleasant and acted as if I knew nothing about the loan had a very bad attitude with me and was very hostile. I have never encountered such rudeness since I have been going there. I hope in the near future that I don't encounter this again.

First, your loan official sat around with others discussing nonsense. Then continue to receive phone calls from other Cashtime personal while in the middle of my transaction.
