I find it absolutely ridiculous to spend time online to fill out application and get approved docu sign paperwork, and be told all we have to do is visit the store for vehicle inspection and to give them our title and sign a couple more papers, and the actual store requires us to fill out the application all over again its a waste of time and very frustrating.

was not busy. very clean look. courteous. not much wait time. straight to the point. in and out in just a few steps. However, conversations could be heard about non business issues and can clearly hear out going calls for people and their phone numbers and names which could be a violation? ( this issues are violations in health care community). maybe a bit more of professional feel would help improve things. otherwise, not bad.
