I need to pay off this loan ASAP and not bother with cashtime. I was made to feel as if it was such a burden to request another loan after I paid off my second loan (both times before I took a loan with cash time things went smooth and welcoming). This time I left feeling guilty and low. Emergencies happen. I don't think I should have to feel this way about getting a loan.

I went in to the store to get my loan, and they would only loan 20% of what they told me on the phone. I went to a competitor and they were able to loan more money at a lower interest rate with no games or gimmicks.

I dont like the fact that when a customer comes in to extend a loan an it takes a hour to tell me what could have been said in a phone call instead of having me come in an waste gas an time is unacceptable

I first signed up online and set up my appointment for 2pm because I work a mid shift. Your representatives were calling me in the mornings when I wasn’t available. No one leaves a messages. Finally got the loan approved. A rep said she would send the paperwork for me to sign, then I can pick up the check. The paperwork was never sent to me. So I decide to go visit the Cash Time off Baseline and 19th Ave. A rep tells me they were missing my bank routing number and needed my debit card. When I applied online, I opted to have the money drafted out of my account. I lost my debit card so ended up not getting the loan because she says I have to have one. I still have no idea why you would need my card if my bank info was verified. The whole process was a headache and all for nothing.

It would have been nicer if I could have got a little bit more money. I have been a customer with cash time for years and the manager is rude for not allowing my loan to be increased to four hundred or $350.
