Didnt know how to give me referral so I was on the phone for 45 minutes and it was as a mess.

This is my 3rd time with Cash time and I have to say there must of been some changes since I last took a loan. The reason I went back to Cash Time was due to the quick service and turn around on getting the loan. The first two times I got everything done in just about 1 day including the deposit of my loan. This time however it took 3 to 4 days, I didn't get a call on the day I scheduled the call to be due and I had to make several calls just to see where I was when it came to the loan. I have to say I was a little disappointed. I just hope they do better next time.

I currently have a registration loan, for those who don't know what this is, this is for those who have a lien on their vehicle. If I did own my vehicle I would seek a title loan elsewhere as their fees are on the higher side, so look around if you don't have a lien. I have had this loan almost 2 years and have redone it three times. The third time was under false pretenses. I got a VM claiming they had "great news," so I call back, tell the young lady about the VM, she looks up my account and explains due to my on time payments I qualify for an increase. I then ask to my original amount or could I get a little more, she stated they could help me out with more. This call came at a time when I needed it so I headed down, filled out the paperwork went through the 30-45min process and I am told I would get the difference from my original loan. I then ask why call and tell people they qualify for more, she states "well we technically are getting them a loan increase." I really didn't want to argue as I am not that person, besides she took a loan call as she was helping me which I found to be pretty rude(To both me and the lady on the phone as I can hear everything she is saying/asking). Overall if you are in a tight bind they can help you, the office is clean, I have never had to wait, (been in there 4 times) and customer service is ok.

The rep who helped me was very nice but the process just seemed to take too long considering I have been a customer several times now and there have never been any issues with me repaying.

I ask for 3,000 but only got 1,500 this fine but it got me out of an emergency my truck blow out the engine. I have had it repaired thank for your help your receptionist was wonderful and very knowledgeable give her a pay raise after be very Curtsy and knowledgeable. The location is very loud and noisy fine a better place for customer service.

Process took too long due to not enough employees to service the customers. Also, processing of check took very long. Agents were nice.

I use 2 get 275. When came n paid off didnt get loan 4 like 4-6 months, go back try 4 a loan and cant get the 275 anymore but only 200. Its not way treat a return client, this will probably b last time with cash time

for such a big facility and corporation they seem to only have 1 or 2 agents.. I was there for a long time for a simple transaction and such a small amount.
