Applied online at 10AM, wasn't complete till 6PM
Applied for a loan online at 10 AM. After going back and forth, the loan was processed just before 6 PM, at closing time. Rather than tell me what information was required up front, the office representative called back every hour or so to ask me to send another document. Each time, I asked if they would require anything else, and each time I was told that what they had was sufficient. I could have provided all of the documents that were required at the very beginning, if only I was given a complete list. Instead my day was wasted and I received the loan much later than necessary.

Disappointing Experience
Provided requested information via email, and then the representative states my the information shows something different, even though I'm clearly looking at the same information while on the phone. Ultimately, unable to be helped because they considered my deposit, as stated clearly on the bank statement, a transfer. Bad experience, after being called 18 times after submitting the information, and then told I couldn't be helped.

Ugh... They serve a purpose but are not convenient
They have a good repayment program but it is extremely time consuming and tedious to add funds to an existing loan. Their customer service is hit and miss. Also do not go to any of the "kiosk" type shops, I was at 2 of them 2 days in a row, at 10am and 3pm. I called and they said they were open, there was an open sign on the door but no one around at either location.

very wrong with you as a customer
i had a loan with them and i had them taking payments off of my debit card and they stated that they could not approve but for only 200.00 That is what my first loan was for and i paid it off early to refinance and they lady was very rude states that because my card was decline that i could not get any thing else but 200.00 again .I AM very upset because i did not make my payments late the payments were 26.00 a month and i had the loan for almost 6 months and paid off early.And i could not get any more then 200.00 i will never refer any one to them .They suck and my car is 2015 .And they ran my card when they system was suppose to my payment were only 26.00 and i make 1300 or more.
