Furious Customer
If you ask me cash time is the worst its taking them almost 3 days to even get me a loan which im in dier need of they say ill call back in 20 mins and i end up calling them back a hour later somebody needs to learn a lesson in customer satisfaction

I already have a loan I got out last…
I already have a loan I got out last July and when I reapplied and listed my references they called my references which I really didn’t like. I never missed any payments in the past and always paid my loans off. I go there for privacy and felt like them calling there was just putting my business out there.

That procsss takes too much time
That procsss takes too much time. One agent/rep could complete it in 30 minutes, the next time it takes 2 hours. There’s no sense of urgency

Not sure what happened.
Started the process at noon today. After an hour and a half application process, I was told that the approval.process takes 30-45 mins. I STILL have not received an approval call or a denial email almost SIX hours later. I'm very frustrated with the process and the company and will have to wait until tomorrow just to hear something back.

Ive been a satisfied customer for a few…
Ive been a satisfied customer for a few years now. Up until the last time i went in. Im usually in and out 20-30 minutes tops. This time it was almost 2 hours. I was already about to get up and leave. Im not one to complain, but i loved the old system where if i paid on time for atleast two month, i was able to get an increase. Not now..... customer service really sucked this time....there is an old saying if it isnt broke, then dont fix it. Im sorry but you lost a customer due to changes....
