Worst customer service had me running around PHX to make a payment on my fiance's card and then wouldn't take his card to pay who cares if he didn't take out the loan as long as it gets paid then they blow up your phone The day the loan is due I will never do business or send a person to you

Rude employees. They stand around speaking Spanish while ignoring most of the customers waiting. Took over an hour and a half to complete the loan. The employees working the day I went are the reason I'd never go back or recommend this place. Waited over 15 minutes before I was given an application, then 20 more for her to take it from me after I finished it. They give preference to certain customers and ignore the others. Truthfully, it's discrimination. Terrible experience

The front desk is the only good customer service. The young man assisting us didn’t want to assist us. He lied and said my husband already had an account and tried to antagonize us. He would not call another department to find out my previous account was in good standing. He was rude and racist. He basically tried to discourage us the moment he came to the counter and coldly stated I will be the one assisting you. So many Unnecessary questions such as “Why are you two applying together?” We looked at each other and back at him and said, because we handle everything joint together. Worst experience from a business ever. We tried to give 67th and Indianschool Rd the benefit of the doubt. I could write a book of all of the wrongs that occurred. We will be contacting the BBB

Okay so the front desk lady was nice and kind to us but the main manager was snobby and rude. Took forever for their printer to print out the papers and the lady that was helping us seemed annoyed with everyone.. finally after about an hr and half i was approved for a loan. I walked out to the lobby afterwards and while all the ladies were sitting in one of the rooms chatting away writing up my check they forgot to sign the check so i could cash it. Not very professional if you ask me. Once my loan is done here we wont be going back!

The person that helped me with my online application was amazing at the 67th and Indian school location I had issues with the online application so told me to go to my nearest store the person I dealt with on Bell rd ,I came in for assistance and fast service she was on her phone the entire time that she had me in her office because they were closing within a hour refused to help assist me process my documents told me to take a picture of documents that was required and gave me a number told me to send them To person on 67th n Indian school when I came in to her location for assistance and told me I could sit in the halls by myself for a hour nothing was done &made me come back the next day! Took 3 days of back n fwd before I was able to get 200$.....I always get loans and ALWAYS pay them back as fast as I get them , I didn’t deserve this treatment and this is probably my last interaction with Cash time!

You only give loan to people with perfect credit score and high income. Especially good credit score. Your place is a gimick don't bother unless you got a over 680 credit score.

I applied online with this company and they did not respond in a timely manner. In fact, I had to call them. Everyday, they would tell me they are busy and would call me back by the end of the day. This literally happened 3 days in a row and they never called back as promised. Finally, 3 whole days after I apllied they approved my loan. However, I do not believe they looked at my income correctly because they only gave $300 which doesnt make any sense for a Nurses income. Cash time makes you feel as if you the customer are a bother. I ended up going to another loan company in town and they loaned me an amount I needed with no problems, friendly service, and it only took 10 minutes. Personally, I would not recommend cash time.

I've been a cashtime customer for 6 years. My husband is a customer. So you get about 200.00 every two weeks from us. In return we have to go through an hour of hassle and disrespect to get a loan. Every time we go in its a different process and slower service with the attitude were going to default. Your staff is more into not giving loans than an effort to give a loan. My last experience was aweful. I'm not sure I will even take another loan with cashtime. I will most likely go to another cash loan place that respects their customers. I have not had any changes to my bank, address, job, but every time I'm put through an interrogation to get a loan. If you can't trust your customers you may as well close your doors. The 7th St Dunlap manager is the worst! Susan I think is her name. She doesn't care if your there for 3 hours to get a loan.cashtime has gotten worse over time not better. You hold our car as collateral and then treat us like deadbeats! Horrible experience dealing with you guys.
