Had great customer service and the application process was relatively fast. The person helping me was lightning fast, but had to keep calling managers at different site to get my paperwork processed.

I have had a great experience in the past. However this time around I was only allowed to borrow a very small amount because they considered me "self employed" even though I brought all the necessary papers to prove I'm not, I just don't get a regular payroll check. That is the only bad side to my recent vise. In the last it had not been an issue. I have always paid back my loan ahead of time and always been on time with my payments.

I really enjoyed how I went on line and right away I received a call with the information I needed to get a personal loan. Maria the lady I spoke to even gave me various locations closer to my address where I could go to but I decided on a location I had used previously. I never feel like I am begging for money on the contrary Cash Time employees have always treated me with respect and have always been there to help me when in need.

I have had a few tittle loans over the years and this is the only company that has worked with me to keep my car. An make the payments suitable to whatever may be happening in my life at the time. They understand with it is to be stuck between a rock an a hard place, they try and make it better. I'm not thrilled to have a title loan BUT I am relieved that it is with Cash Time.
