I been doing business with Cashnowoffer.com for the past 8 months and everything had gone smoothly until just recently that I sent in my last strips which they received on August 16, 2017. I still have not received payment for them to this date. I sent them a email and they replied back with the same generic email that the person before me posted on here saying that I would get payment in 2 business days which was on August 25, 2017 and still no payment. P.S. on a side note isn't funny how on their main page of Cashnowoffer.com the Trustpilot score they show 5 stars but when you scroll down it's 4 stars only....hmmmm haha

They received a package Saturday August 19th from me, I even signed up for PayPal to get my money quicker, it's now Thursday August 24th and I have yet to receive anything. I've emailed, called, left messages and haven't heard anything from them.

The package I sent was received by them on 08-17 at approx 9am. According to their website payment is guaranteed in 1 business day. It is now 08-21 and I have not received my payment. I have made multiple attempts to reach them by phone and have left several messages in which no one has contacted me back. I have sent several emails and the 2nd business day for a response that said they would send my infomation to accounting to disperse payment that day. That didn't happen so on Saturday (they are open) I contacted the same representative again by email in which she told me there wasn't a time frame for my payment to be sent. It's now Monday at 11:30 (their time) and no one will respond to my phone calls or emails. I still have not received my payment. There are better companies out there that will pay same day and have good customer service. If I don't receive payment by the end of the day I will be filing a dispute with the BBB

Sent in 2 boxes of test strips connected with a full pharmacy label on one side and a small pharmacy sticker on the other. Both boxes were in pristine condition. 5 days after they received my order I get an email telling me that 1 box was to damaged for them to purchase. They included photos of a crushed box with no sign of ever having a label on it. Obviously not my box. 10 days latter they are now claiming the second box was also damaged. Now claiming they were damaged in shipping. Yet they have provided no photos of the second box or the shipping box. 15 days after receiving my test strips they still have not paid me in full for my order!

I sent in pristine boxes of test strips to sell. I received a paper from them stating that the test strips were "rejected" and would be donated to someone as they didn't accept them. Those boxes were stored in a rubbermaid container in bubble wrap. They never had a label on them. They claimed that the boxes were cut. My daughter helped me place them in the box and make sure they were secure with packaging peanuts. I received less than half of the money that was due me for the products I sent to them. My advice is to take a hundred pictures of the products you wish to sell them because you will NOT receive the money as advertised. I will never trust them again.

My review was made so they paid ever since Jeff sold to Jonathon it has been one sleezball excuse after another why payments are late Now a real New Low Down Victimizing of us who have been victims like me of Irma I called sent Tracking PO up and running in Chicago he say helping us No himselfvI will Never sell another strip to Cash now offer who is Diabetic Surplus now (check PayPal payment ) all I want is my money you owe me I have printed order confirmation along with tracking and am filing mail fraud with postal inspectors tomorrow enough lies how dare u use a hardship issue we are going through to hold out on payment. I hope everyone who has not been paid files mail fraud with postal inspectors in federal build and BBB complaints. I tried hard to refrain from thus but lie after lie and to revictimize me after going through Hurricane Irma has been the straw that broke the back . I encourage all to post on FB Twitter BBB Trust Piolet hourly .I have sold them 10s of 1000s and in good faith gave Jonathan Avila's a fair chance. I will never sell to them again

This company is a joke. Horrible customer service. Rude. Not helpful and nit very trustworthy. Had several issues and contacted them was not given any help. Then i posted a review which they reported ( so im having to redo and reword) it stating i wasnt even a customer. I had to prove to this review company that i indeed was a customer. How pathetic is that, your company gets a bad review and instead of trying to make it right you try to make it disappear by falsifying information. Will NEVER EVER reccommend or use this company again.

I have used them for a couple of months now, super prompt payment, great comunication and customer service... I'm just updating this today 9-6-17 and don't know what happened I sent in 3 boxes, tracking says they received on 8-28-17 yet I haven't received payment nor have they responded to my calls or emails. I even have pictures of what I sent which shows the serial numbers, this is the tracking number.. 9401910200793406332087 which is the pre postage they emailed to me. Luz Tello
