My boyfriend and I have used these people before and I am extremely disappointed in this time around. We sent 4 boxes in and my tracking number (9401910200828539986521) shows it was delivered to the PO box on 10/14 at 8:44am. So where is our payment? My boyfriend and I have both called a dozen times and left voicemails, both emailed plenty of times, and receive nothing. We are owed roughly $150. What the hell is going on? I don't want to threaten like everyone else, but it's getting to the point where we are going to take this to the BBB and mail fraud. Don't guarantee on your site same day payment as verifying our orders if it isn't going to happen!! This is getting completely out of hand and ridiculous! We just want our money!

UPDATE: FINALLY PAID!!! Again, just like others who posted here before me, I finally received a check mid-November. Better late than never. Also like others, not a word of communication from the company. Others claimed they received bad checks, so I waited to update until sure their check had cleared. BEWARE OF THIS FRAUDULENT SCAM. Like all the others who recently complained about this company, I had a few good transactions with them over the last 6 months. They won my trust. I even recommended them to friends. But my last items were mailed to them 9/30/17 using their supplied label, usps tracking number 420606349401910200830673984714. They failed to send the usual email acknowledging receipt, so I tracked the package. It was delivered to their PO Box 10/2/17. Since then, they have failed to respond to my dozens of voicemails and emails over the last 2 weeks. More importantly, they have failed to pay me, or even return my items. As a formerly satisfied customer, I feel both disappointed and cheated.

I sent my test strips worth over 443 .All in great shapes all the dates exspired in dec 2018 and feb 2019 .So. I dont know whats going on.I called over 20 times ,texts them , email .This is my first time using this company .They dont return call or email or anything .i mail them out on September 27\2017 the tracking number said they got my packages on 10\06\2017 here is my tracking so you can not say u didnt get it of i didnt use services. 420606349401910200830697678705 This isnt how to run an honest company . I know your are ripping people off .2 days latter i got an other mail kit from you guys . i am give you 7 more day than i am filed it with BBB and the court .Ron woodrum

I have used cashnowoffer in the past, without any problems. Sent in my test strips September 14, 2017, never heard back from them. They owe me 200.00. What happens to this company. Left numerous messages and emails, NOTHIN!

They are in trouble for ripping people off

Warning say far away from this company. Mail in 7 boxes of test strips to them. USPS said that they was delivered on Friday 9-29-17. As of this date Thursday 10-12-17. I Never received anything from them. I called was, send to voice mail, E-mail them. Still no call back or no nothing. OK people you have been warned. Stay away from this company.This person Jeff is a fraud.

I'm a single parent of three teenage boys, mailed a box of test strips in 10 says ago today. This is my first time ever doing this so was thrilled to be receiving 300+ extra dollars quickly to pay an upcoming bill. My package arrived to their PO box on Thursday, October 5 2017 @ 8:35am. I've been tracking it since it left my house. I've sent 10+ text messages (because the website stated texts would be answered) and have never received a reply. I've sent two emails a day to "Jeff" since Monday, asking about processing times and an ETA on the payment that should be coming. NO RESPONSE TO ANY!! Then last night I did get an email from Jeff asking if I had decided to go with their company and if I'd refer a friend for an additional 25 dollars each! Are you kidding me? So, I replied to that email as well in hopes for a response. Nothing. I am contacting the BBB after I finish this review and will file a report there. I will also file whatever I need to with the post office for mail fraud. This is insane. I wouldn't even take these measures if there was some kind of communication from them back to me, but I have received nothing. I'll update this review if I hear from them and will also update with what I learn after speaking with the post office and BBB this afternoon. Good luck, if you choose this company.

So I have called emailed nothing. Finally got a check says it was written on 10/6/2017 went to cash it happy to finally have gotten paid. Well hate to say it nope no one will cash there check. They received my strips on 9/27/17 it’s the 12th. I really could use the 232 bucks they promised me. If this check doesn’t clear I will file a lawsuit. And also mail fraud because they are using USPS to do there shipping. I’ve never wanted to write one of these reviews. But man cashnowoffer really needs to pay off those people they are getting thousands of dollars worth of test strips!!! Updated : I got an email from Simone named Abby at cashnowoffer. She told me that there checks are good and I shoood not have any trouble cashing it. Still imy check won’t Clear. I just want them to tell me what’s going on????
