Horrible!!! I sent 6 boxes and never got paid and every time I tried contacting them, they hung up on me or I got the voicemail over and over again. Ridiculous and FAKE company!!!

Bad experience for the first time doing business with this company. Over a month since they received my shipment. I've received an email (after numerous emails to them) verifying receipt of the shipment and the amount they owe me along with an apology for taking so long. Payment is to be made in the order it was received but I'm not sure how they can prove this to me. I've waited for over a month for payment when payment was "guaranteed" to be made within 24 hours of receipt. On Facebook they are claiming that Trust point have them rated at 9.4/10. Hummm that's not what I see here. Beware your product is taken without payment. Where can we go to resolve this? They have hurt way too many people and apparently aren't getting "caught up". They should stop taking new shipments until they have caught up. I'm very frustrated!

These people ripped me off sent in my tracking number they receive mine on January 29th will not reply to any sort of communication

sent my strips finally got paid after 4 weeks got the reason was change in management and computer issues what ever there is a civil lawsuit being filed against them soon as they are ripping people off

Yes this is my second time sending in strips on the second time I didn't get any money and I could not contact them

I sent my extra test strips in on November 13th and I am still waiting (almost 2 months later) for my payment (promised within 24 hours), or the emails assuring me of my status. this company is a fraud.
