Been waiting since October first they responded to my email, not anymore This place has a terrible customer service they don't even deserve a 1 star rating Update 06/19/2018 It has been 8 months now I am sure I am not getting anything back, these company is not worth it at all. Update 08/02/2018 I still haven't herd nothing at all.

I submitted my test strips with this company believing that they would stand by their word and cut me a check within the 24 hours and I would have a check within two to three days. They lied they received my package January 30th 2018. And I have yet to receive a check and it is March 2nd I have sent over 6 to 7 emails trying to communicate with them to find out what's going on they send me nothing but generic email stating that they are in arrears due to the holidays. However when I go to their website it appears to be shut down you cannot use the menu button, you cannot even call them because their phones are shut off. And I have read so many other people complaining of the same thing, we need help now I am on the verge of homelessness and I have stated that to them and made them aware of my situation and they just don't care. I believe they are a scam running a Ponzi scheme tricking and deceiving everybody someone has to help us yes please any ideas on how I can get my money would help they owe me over $270 which in my case is a lot of money right now it could put me in a hotel with my daughter for at least a week with food

This is a fraudulent company. A 1-star rating is really too good for these criminals! When you initiate an order with them they immediately send you an order form, a shipping label and a thoughtful email from the criminal Jeff telling you not to trust the "other guys" so that he can be the one to rip you off! Instead of paying you as agreed they probably sit around laughing as they create the fake names for their phony testimonials. They will not respond to phone calls, text messages or emails. Not sure how they're able to screw over so many people yet remain active. Part 2. After posting my completely honest review based wholly on this company's treatment of me I start reading the reviews of other customers that also had dealings with these clowns. I immediately see dozens of regular people confirming that they experienced exactly what I've gone through. It's not so much a delay that is upsetting as it's the total lack of response of any kind that is completely unreasonable. A quick phone call, text or email, all of this company's preferred methods of conducting business, would go a long way to soothing some of the frustration. But the real reason I came back to edit my initial posting was the number of positive reviews filtered in with the rest. Really? Like the rest of us didn't make any and all reasonable attempts to contact the company that's basically stolen from us? One happy guy just called the owner Jonathan, as simple as ordering a pizza, and got a check the next day. Testimonials praising a company that fleeced hundreds. Seriously, who's kidding who here? Then you get the ad professing how their only goal is to help as they entice you to tell others. When a reputable business runs into problems, which happens, their customer service goes into overdrive to placate any issues and keep their reputation intact for all current and potential future customers. Con men on the other hand, ignore you and hope you'll just accept defeat and go away quietly. The proof is, try initiating a new order and watch how quickly they spring into action with all kinds of responses and attention. Trustworthy Jeff is right there with all the right words and promises. Good luck trying to get a hold of Jeff after you mail in supplies waiting for a check that you really need!

Like so many others have said they don't respond to phone messages or emails. I sent test strips in December and have heard nothing since. This company needs to be investigated by the Better Business Bureau. If I ever get paid I will NOT ever deal with them again.

This company hasn't been paying it's customers for many months. you can scroll back through the reviews, it's very obvious the company itself is making an effort beginning in February to post their own fake positive reviews at an attempt to offset the genuine negative reviews. don't be fooled, they're not paying people the money that they owe them. don't use this company, you'll get robbed, like i was. i sent my strips to them in early January. I've confirmed it was delivered to them by mid January. Since then i've called and emailed many, many times and haven't reached anyone or got a response. i don't know what else to do at this point, probably will have to contact the appropriate authorities if i'm ever going to get the money i'm owed. P.S. they even tried to get trustpilot to remove this review, but i'm going to jump through all the hoops and make sure it sticks.

They received my strips on December 8th. They do not reply to my emails or phone messages.
