back on 12/18 I sent them almost $100 in test strips, they received my order on 12/21 at 9;30 am I have NOT received my money and after several tries they still won't return a call -email or my money--this was my second time to use them--I even had a $5.00 coupon to be added to my check---anyone know how to get my money? They where kind enough to email me and tell me there is a new manager he asked for the details of my complaint--which i gladly sent him---it has been like a week still no call no email and NO CHECK is this stalling or a real time checking on my complaint how long does it take to check the USPS tracking number? they got my package back in 12/17 it is now 3/30/18 Hmmmmm

Have not been paid for order sent back in NOV, 2017 and now the phone number is not connected and have not gotten an email response for over a month. Been continuasly lied too.

These people have contacted me through TrustPilot with this bs story about having my check sent out right away; that was over a week ago. They say if I post on this site about their bs they reply because of it. Well I will expect another bs story because I will continue to post here about them until I'm paid or refunded. Why does it take soooo long to have some sort of action taken against these clown? With all the negative post here and everywhere else, you would think legal action should have been taken by now. They lie to you through emails, and on trustpilot.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Customer service is horrible. I have received several snarky emails from Ashley and Jonothan. I sent my strips in in December , and had to wait about 6 weeks to get payment (Certainly not 24 hours like the website promised! However, currently there is a disclaimer saying payment will be delayed significantly.) It was not there when I sent in my strips. I had been a previous customer to cashnow offer, and had a GREAT experience. It is my understanding that ownership recently changed, and the owner has some shady business practices. When I took my payment to the bank, I had to wait another 2 weeks for it to clear. I will never use cashnow offer again! Jonothan and Ashley are taking advantage of low income people and stuffing their pockets full of cash from the sale of these teat strips! There's a special place in hell for people like this. Now for the record, Jonothan has apologized, but "sorry" doesn't fix everything!

I was contacted by someone who states they are the new customer service rep for the company...he asked for my information and proof of delivery things of that nature. I provided all information including names and dates. That was on March 24th today is now April 5th and I still have not gotten a response or my money for my strips. I sent off test strips in the beginning of December a week later I received an email saying that one of my boxes was damaged and my adjusted payment amount which I was fine with it has now been 3 months exactly and I have not gotten paid. I messaged them every 2 weeks asking for an update. They stopped responding to me in January but I still continue to email. It's 6 people that i email plus the customer service email. Nothing from no one. I would love to get my money but also would like an update.

I've been waiting for payment since Jan 29,2018 you can't get a phone call back maybe a email saying what's your package #but really no feed back. They quick to send you the box but don't have no problem of ignoring you so I feel they beat me and they are scamming a lot of people everyday. How hard can it be to pay through paypal. I post them on Facebook and other sites beware once folks see what others been through they will lose money. Ive still been waiting they rush to ask me for my information but where in april still no sign of being paid

Original payment was for over $100 dollars or so and they only paid me 72.00

I put up a review of this company because I think they have stolen my supplies over a grand worth . they told me that they received everything months ago and I have been unable to contact anyone after numerous tries. Does anyone know away to contact them.thieving company
