I sent in about 800 worth of products. After a few weeks i called and emailed with no response. After reading the reviews and comments i gave up and took it as a loss and lesson learned. About a week later i finally got an email with tracking and a few days after that my payment. Overall it took almost 8 weeks. Whatever the issue was i hope they're working on fixing it and that everyone receives their payments. It would be great if the company just accepted responsibility for the problem and advised customers properly. Yes people are going to be mad regardless but at least having some information is better than none. In closing hold on to your tracking info and wait it out for now.

I waiting longer then what they said to receive payment and they didn't respond to my emails but I did receive my payment as promised. They had a hiccup and i will give them another shot. Especially since I got my payment in addition to the bonus amount.

At first this company was great with payments. But the last two times they do not respond to emails, texts or phone calls. It is very disappointing. I looked at web reviews and it seems like recently this is how they are conducting business. They are falling short on promises. Take your business elsewhere! Update: I did receive payment today. It is just difficult to understand what takes so long when they make promises on their website. I did update my rating but I do not think I will continue with this company since they do not answer emails, ect.

I had been selling strips to this company for the past year. Then about three months ago something changed. Payments were slow and I had two returned checks. However I was paid and reimbursed my bank fees. I now know why. The company has a new owner and only two part time employees. They are swamped and trying to catch up with payments. Just give them a chance. You will not get an answer on the phone but your e-mail will eventually get answered. I know it's frustrating which is why I gave them a 3. You will be paid....I was.

So I have used cashnowoffer.com 3 times. The first two times I used it, I recieved my payment within two days. This last time, they recieved my package on September 25th and I was finally paid today (October 6th). I did try calling and emailing several times with no answer and was honestly about to give up, but they did send my payment through PayPal this afternoon. Overall I think this is a good company that is just hitting a rough patch perhaps? I think communication and response time needs to improve, and if you are looking for an immediate payout I would possibly wait to see if this problem is fixed, but overall they are not a scam because I did receive $158 today through PayPal. For people who haven’t recieved their money yet, don’t give up!

Hang in there!!! I just received my PayPal!!! It took 11 days. I too have been worried seeing all the complaints. I sent a few emails with no response also. They are obviously in some type of trouble whether it be with money or with employees. If they were screwing us then no one would get paid. So they must be trying to catch up. Hopefully!!! I’ve used them before with NO PROBLEMS. JEFF - PUT SOMETHING ON YOUR WEBSITE AND/OR SEND OUT EMAILS LETTING EVERYONE KNOW YOU’RE WORKING ON IT!!!! IT WILL MAKE PEOPLE FEEL BETTER!!!!

FINAL UPDATE: After 21 days since the product was shipped from Texas, 18 days after it was delivered to CashNowOffer's PO BOX, I have finally received payment. No explanation for the unanswered calls and e-mails. No apology. No promise to do better in the future. I'm pleased they have now lived up to their agreement. No matter who you use, be careful because even a group who has filled the orders timely and professionally in the past can become a nightmare. I have improved my rating from one star to three stars. The remainder of the review is below. It's a cautionary tale to those seeking answers and facts. I've used CashNowOffer before and was treated in a way that made me feel these people were legitimate. I shipped them 6 boxes of test strips which arrived in at their Post Office Box on September 22, 2017, 9:16 am - yes I have the exact time from the tracking via USPS. I also have photos of the six boxes and the packaging they were sent in. According to their website they pay next day if you use Paypal. 11 days later and I have heard nothing from them. I sent them e-mail on the 5th day and called them on the 7th. They have returned neither. This company is dangerously skirting the law with deceptive website statements. Luckily I'm not someone who needs payment to survive, but I do not like being lied to and ignored. My next step is to file a report with the BBB in Chicago and then I may let my lawyer get involved. Seems we might have a possible class action suit after reading some of the horror stories over the past few weeks. If I'm wrong, prove me wrong. But not responding to e-mail and to phone calls is unacceptable. Update: This company just attempted to claim they don't know who I am and have no record of me. I shattered that lie by sending the paperwork that sets that fallacy straight. You know, if CashNowOffer would spend the time honoring their purchases and paying people the money they owe them, they wouldn't need to waste time denying knowledge of people they are attempting to rip off. Totally classless. In speaking to lawyer friend, I was told it would be a good idea to also consider filing a report with U.S. Postal Service since they are defrauding people and using the U.S. Postal Service to do it. I think my next step is to download those forms and file it. Otherwise, this review and many others will help put the nails in the coffin of your business.

Used this company 3 times the first 2 times I had no problems at all an received my money via PayPal in a very timely manner. This time however I have ran into a ton of issues. I shipped my strips the 15th of this month and they received them the 18th tracked with the postage number. I have yet to receive my payment this time around and am pretty disappointed in the lack of communication from the company sent in several emails and called several times left messages no responses to any of my attempts at contacting them. I gave them 3 stars because they have been great in the past an am still hopeful I will receive a payment just a bit late. Zach
