As a diabetic myself (T2), I founded cashnowoffer.com as a way to give back to the diabetic community. A newly diagnosed diabetic, I saw a need to help people who could not afford test strips and diabetic supplies without insurance and a good paying job. I have lived in Chicago, Illinois for over 34 years and am committed to local charities and non-profits including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. I looked for a way to help those without insurance and money take care of their diabetic needs and didn’t see many options – I created one. Since 2005 we have been helping people sell diabetic test strips for cash and donating them to those in need at our cost or selling them online at a significant discount.I know the frustrations and sadness of not managing diabetes with the daily testing of your glucose blood sugar. When I was 15, I lost my mother to diabetes and since then have made it my mission in life to help those with diabetes in any way that I can. We are steadfast in our mission in providing test strips to those in need and hope you will help us by selling your unused test strips. I guarantee they will help someone in need – while putting some extra cash in your pocket. A true win-win!

Beware - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
A rep from the company contacted me thru TrustPilot to get the issue resolved. I gave 'Brian' all the information he requested in several correspondences over the course of five or six days. I waited a full three weeks and didn't hear back from anyone so I again left phone and e-mail messages but have gotten no response. I can honestly say that I've NEVER experienced such poor customer service with any other company. I've yet to be reimbursed and at this point it's doubtful that I will be.
Update: Again I was contacted thru TrustPilot by Cashnowoffer requesting the same information I've given them multiple times. I immediately responded with the requested information. It's been a week and I have not heard a word from 'Brian'. It appears that each time an updated review is given it triggers a "response" so it appears the company is working toward resolving the issue. It's smoke and mirrors. Four months later and I STILL have yet to get my money. I wish it were possible to leave less than one star!

I was in the same boat as the others, but now its better. Go to facebook, messenger and send Brian a message he will answer you and make sure that you get your money within 24 hours. This guy works fast and he will help. Now i sent more because i believed in Brian and i am in the same situation. He stop texting me back, not sure whats going on but communication is something the need to work on.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience. I sent strips In Jan and as of today (4-5-2018) I have not been paid MY $145, just like everyone else that is complaining. I sent 5 emails and one I did receive a reply too stating that accounting is behind, and that was over 2 weeks ago and still NO PAYMENT. STAY AWAY!! SELL YOUR STRIPS ON EBAY INSTEAD, I AM AND NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.

They will not pay you for the strips…
They will not pay you for the strips you send. Giving out excuses that he just took over the company that the other people left it like that but this has been going on for 8 months and he has been there the whole time, If he was trying to fix what they left as a mess he should have stopped accepting orders until he got everyone that was owed paid or there strips back to the, Also all the 5 star reviews he is paying people 10.00 to post a 5 star review to help get his reviews back up. No one should have to PM someone 10 or more times to get there money they are owed but that is what people are having to do beg to be paid for something they sent this company. I am out 275.00 and will never see it

FRAUD! I wish I had read the reviews
UPDATE: The owner, Jeff Sheets, has a sister site where he's SELLING YOUR STOLEN GOODS--teststripdealer dot com. Leave a bad review on Trust Pilot for teststripdealer. Put this thief out of business!! He's also making an unreasonable profit off of those buyers. IF he paid, he'd be making about 50% over what he says he'll pay, but since he doesn't, it's a 100% margin. Plus Walmart sells new boxes online for an average of $20.00/box less than his prices. THIEF! SCAM! CROOK!
UPDATE: Trustpilot sent me an email from, ostensibly, "Brian" on 4/11/18. Please read my additional comments below the text of their communication:
"Hello, in order for me to help you, I would need to know a little more about your experience, and your order. Do you have the following:"
Tracking #
Date Shipped
Method of Payment Chosen (PayPal / Check)
"If you give me this info, I can try to track down your order, and get you some info on the status of your payment etc."
Thanks!
Brian

I provided the requested information the same day, but I have yet to receive any reply. Seriously, how hard could it be to check and get back to me? ADDITIONAL SUGGESTIONS for bringing this fraudulent company down: File a report with the Illinois Better Business Bureau, the Illinois Attorney General's Office, Your own state's Attorney Generals Office, and most importantly, the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). You'll need cashnowoffer.com's IP Address: 67.227.185.56. Also report them for phishing to their web hosting company, Liquid Web LLC at "support @ liquidweb dot com" (no spaces or the word "dot"-- TrustPilot does not allow email addresses or links in reviews). If, miraculously, they pay me, or communicate with me further in any way, I will update this review.
Previous review: I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot and Ripoff Report. Ironically, this is the site the company encourages their customers to leave a favorable review on after business has been successfully concluded. SELLER BEWARE!!! They do not do what they promise on their web site. On 3/28/18 they received 2 boxes of my 2019 date code, unopened, brand new, perfect-condition, test strips which I packed in a hard inner box, bubble wrapped and packed in an outer box. They promise prompt payment on their website, yet they haven't paid. They do not return calls or emails. I have reported them to the Illinois office of the Attorney General and I encourage you to do the same. I doubt if it will get me anywhere but there's always the possibility and these experiences should scare off anyone thinking of doing business with them. Note to Jeff (possibly Jeff Shields)/Brian/Janice, whateverthefrick fake names you're using: On the off chance that you're a legitimate enterprise, if you can't handle the volume of business, you shouldn't be doing it. Promising payment for goods you receive and then not paying for them is FRAUD.

NON PAYING COMPANY
This is the second review I have left. I have sent SEVERAL EMAILS AND TEXTS plus SEVERAL phone calls. No one ever responds to any of my inquiries. I sent in several boxes in November 2017 and received an email stating they had received my strips and were processing payment. No payment yet and it's April. I see some of you have spoken to an actual person or received an email response. Who are ya'll calling/emailing? They owe me over $400.
