I used cashoffernow for 10 boxes and received my payment via PayPal. It wasn’t in 24 hours however the owner did apologize and sent my money almost instantly. I’ll use them again

This is an ***Update***. I received a check for my shipment in October 2017 from the new owner of the CashNowOffer Website—Avila. I have been reading all your posts from the last couple of months and have seen that some of you have gotten paid and most of us didn’t for shipments before September 2017. So for all of you that haven’t been reimbursed...Hang On. Avila did acquire a big mess! It is not his fault. I do not think he really knew what he was getting into when he bought the site from Jeff but all of us should have been notified! It is definitely bad business! I had suggested that Jeff put up a notice when he got in trouble but he did not take my advice! Hope the check from Avila does not bounce! I had opted for PayPal but I think that Jeff caused Paypal to drop him! Paypal has an excellent reputation and was probably tired of the complaints and fighting claims being filed from the Cashnowoffer clients! I did not report them to the BBB or the USPS. Too many complaints might warrant an investigation from the insurance companies and then we may not have an avenue to sell our unused strips because of meter conversion, etc. it is a duel edged sword so be careful! Give them another month to catch up. It looks like they are honestly trying to pay everyone who submits according to their directions. People who have sent expired strips and/or damaged boxes should not expect to be paid. It is their fault for not adhering to the directions. If in doubt about damaged boxes, send them a photo first to see if the boxes will be accepted...not only to CashnowOffer but other test strip company buyers as well! In addition, when I saw others being paid for October shipments, I emailed Avila and gave him an ultimatum. If I did not hear from him within 2 weeks, I would report his company to the BBB, try to get a class action started and informed him that my niece is a supervisor at the USPS. Hiring a lawyer is a waste of time unless you are going for punitive damages and you have a friend or family lawyer that will devote his/her time to the case without compensation. Unless, you win punitive damages where the lawyer could collect but this is almost impossible for this scenario. The jury/court may decide that the strips should not have been sold in the first place setting a precedent and once again, we would lose. We might be investigated! This is actually a small claims court issue. You will be spending more time and money and will definitely be out the time and money. You can also represent yourself but you will have to know the law. Please, before you go class action especially class action and report mail fraud to the US Government, think about the repercussions of us getting investigated and the right taken away to sell our strips! If you are unsure about a company, do not deal with them! NO...I am not an employee or have any other type of relationship with Cashnowoffer! I am a person just like yourself who had become victim to a bad business deal! Hope this helps!

Let me just say..like many of you out there i to was very upset when they received my package nov.22nd and wasn't being paid...well i got my check today....jan.2nd...i did get paid and im sure you'll all be payed also...i got hold of new owner Jonathan avilla and he assured me i would be paid and he did say everyone will get paid also....in my book hes a man of his word...he is the new owner. ..he obviously stepped into a mess....hang in there people. ..give him a chance to make the business run smooth...

After contacting Jon through Facebook. I can say that I've been paid the money I was promised. I think it new ownership. Give him a chance. I believe everyone will get paid.

I am please to say. I have finally been paid the 220.00 owed to me. So I have given Jonathan 4 stars for that. My,communication with Jonathan states everyone will be paid. He says he is inundated with messages. Well that's because people want their money. I hope everyone gets paid. Don't give up.

Go to Facebook search scammed by Cashnowoffer, read what people are posting that's how I got paid. ......I have been reading other people post about cash now offer, I wasn't gonna write a review but maybe I have to because I have been calling almost everyday I speak with someone every time but still waiting on PayPal payment. It been since Nov. 2 Ashley and Nina answers my emails but excuses, I'm a very understanding person, but come on. I'm a diabetic also stress is not good, I'm stressing, I counted on this payment because the last two times my deposit was on point. To speak with someone all you have to do is after the message play press zero. Than press one Kelly will answer. all you gonna get is excuses. I want my money. Please

The more I read these reviews I get more and more concerned about me recent shipment, which was over $500. I've used cashnowoffer.com for over a year now and just recently I started to have problems. Last month a check I received from you guys bounced, not once but twice a couple weeks later I sent in another shipment and it took over 2 weeks to receive payment. Hopefully I receive my payment soon since you guys picked up my package from the post office on Thursday October 12th at 9:11 am tracking number 9401910200828524969720. I will be contacting the BBB if I don't receive payment by the end of the week for false advertising on your website which states we will receive payment within 24-48 hours of receiving shipment. UPDATE was paid even gave me more than suppose to hang in there you will get paid
