A newly diagnosed diabetic, I saw a need to help people who could not afford test strips and diabetic supplies without insurance and a good paying job. I have lived in Chicago, Illinois for over 34 years and am committed to local charities and non-profits including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. I looked for a way to help those without insurance and money take care of their diabetic needs and didn’t see many options – I created one. Since 2005 we have been helping people sell diabetic test strips for cash and donating them to those in need at our cost or selling them online at a significant discount.I know the frustrations and sadness of not managing diabetes with the daily testing of your glucose blood sugar. When I was 15, I lost my mother to diabetes and since then have made it my mission in life to help those with diabetes in any way that I can. We are steadfast in our mission in providing test strips to those in need and hope you will help us by selling your unused test strips. I guarantee they will help someone in need – while putting some extra cash in your pocket. A true win-win!

After contacting Jonathan Avila by personal messenger, his response and resolution to my non-payment was very efficient. I took the high road and did not attack him but asked for his assistance. He is wanting to correct this situation.

My package was received on 11-17-17. I needed this money to pay my rent. I have contacted jonathan avila by facebook mess..i have called over 20 times. And sent text and left voice mails no response. I just need my money! Well he contacted me today, we shall see if he pays out like he said he would! I will keep posting updates! Jonathan avila did send me my funds for via payal, i hope that he cont catching up with everyone else!

Hi, my products we're received on 11-21-17, I have written Jonathan over 3x, still haven't gotten a response, no one answers the phones, I held on to my product to have money for Xmas, to feel like the Grinch 😈stole it, I'm owed $189, spoke to Nina in a text, she said $150, and still no payment, really sad, bcuz most of us who sell our products are probably on a fixed income and disable, just disgusted with their service

I posted reviews of how bad this company was. I did finally receive my payment....yes two and half months later. So I will say they did pay. I just received an email from someone at the compsny asking about my payment and was trying to make everything right. So I will give them three stars. Late is better than NOT!!

They received my strips on 11/17 and are not paying or responding. Must be more profitable if they don't pay. DO NOT USE... better to donate to a worthy charity. UPDATE 12/8:They just put the full payment in my PayPal account. I think they should communicate with everyone that is not getting paid or is slow pay to explain. We all want them to succeed as this is a great service.

UPDATE: It’s kinda a late update but I wanted to update my review. I received a email from Jeff about 3 weeks after my last box was receive. He was polite and very concerned that I had not been paid. I called a few days later after the email and no deposit on my PayPal. I spoke to a nice woman that looked up my info and said it was Nina who does the deposits. Jeff wrote back saying it was a priority that I get paid. Within a few hours the money was on my PayPal. They said they had been flooded with new packages and were playing catch-up . I think they can update people better instead of just turning ghost. I always liked this company because they pay double what other companies pay. My thoughts are the other companies are crooks also. The pay people about 10% of what the box is actually worth turn around and sell it for above what they are worth taking advantage of both parties. Just happy I was finally paid!! I guess I am not the only one. I didn’t think to look at reviews until now. I have never had a problem until about a month ago and I thought maybe I had made a mistake going over the info in my head thinking what kind of mistake could I have made. I sent off a box about a month ago and got no response. Thinking that’s strange I will email them and I got no response. Once again I double check I sent the email off properly and I did. So I sent out a text again no response I tried to call but it just rang and rang. The box states delivered but I never was paid. I wrote it off as mistakes happen ugh how could I be so blind! I never was paid. I sent out yet another box thinking I will make sure everything is right with this box. I took pics of the box with dates to show no damage. I took screen shots of the shipping box and wrote down the tracking. I got a ticket from the post office when I sent it. The box was delivered and once again I have not received payment. I am extremely disappointed and mad. They are taking advantage of people that most likely sell extra test strips for needed income. If anyone knows how to get them to pay or if we need to join together to make sure they don’t keep doing this to people I am in. It won’t let me write out my email so I am gonna spell it out if needed spin dot katie @ g mail dot com

i guess I am luckier then most on here, I sent items in late august and just got a payment now. the main issue would be their communication.

This is my second review of cash now offer and my experience this time has been like my first, unpleasant. After reading the stellar reviews for this company and my first experience I figured I'd try them again, thinking my first experience was a fluke. Unfortunately, experience two has turned out to be like experience one. I followed all instructions for packing, labeling, and shipping in my excess supplies. USPS delivered my package to the address provided on 11/1. Here it is 6 days later, two phone calls with left messages, and a text all asking for a payment status. I WILL NEVER use this company again. I'm at a loss as to why there are so many positive reviews.
