when I first staring get my checks on time, now since Oct. slowe slow but I got it. Nov. real slow but I got it NOw its DEC.2117thuja nuary 28 2018and now still waiting why why

I first sent in my test strips almost one year ago. I received my payment within about 2wks. This past shipment & the one prior have given me so much aggravation. I sent in my last box of 100 test strips on 12/05/17. I thought I would have this money for Christmas but it is now 2wks shy of 2/18 & I still have not received my check. I tried calling the 888 number but I just get an automated voice message. So I left my message explaining my situation & have not heard anything back. I am so done with this company!

I have been dealing with this company for almost two years now and never had a problem until now. I also have sent my latest order in December 2017 and not had heard from them. I know l packed my items well as always so I hope they don't try to pass that off as excuse. My son's godmother works for the postal service and offer some advice. Make sure you get a receipt when you send off your package, as l always do. It shows when they get it, which was in December. If you get paid by PayPal it usually takes them about 8-10 days to hit your account.l don't know how long it takes to get a check. Now if they haven't at least sent you a cursory email to let you know that the holiday is crazy busy, then (1) contact them(2) call the BBB( Better Business Bureau)& file a complaint (3) contact American Greed/ scams or the I.R.S. / fraud detection department & let them know about this website and what is going on. & THEY WILL investigate. There are too many of us to ignore, even if you are not getting back BIG bucks,its our money & we are entitled to it. These test supplies are like plasma BIG$$$ . Don't let him get away with it. If l don't hear back from them by the end of the month. I will submit another update as well as a number to call to file a class action complaint.

I have spoken to jon and he promised payment before christmas for a shipment sent to them in October I finally got the email confirmation of payment with tracking number December 29 the tracking number said I would recive package January 2 didn't get it called USPS and was informed it was sent Back to sender due to address was not readable so now here I sit and wait again mind you I paid for priority 2 day shipping. Don't use this company

ive used the company in the past didnt use to have an issue these days it takes weeks or longer to get paid. im waiting on a current payment of $170

People please do not send your strip cashnowoffer they don't not pay they just take your strip they don't answer your calls or emails try sending them to (test stripz)

Have had three transactions with Jeff and his company, going back to May of this year. The first was concluded with no problems. The second transaction was not so good: the payment check bounced and it took several emails to finally get in contact with them. More emails but then I received what was owed, plus overdraft and bank fees, plus a small token bonus.The third one involved several emails as payment was not done promptly. Note that the emails were from me only; I never received one in return, neither explaining the situation or apologizing. But after almost a month, payment was received. I have since emailed several times to Jeff, outlining the above and asking for an explanation and hopefully reassurances for future transactions. I guess I have my answer as it has been almost a month and I have heard nothing from Jeff.
