Mine was received Jan 8 the and nothing no phone call on emails nothing this is really bad for business something needs to change

UPDATE!!! I spoke to Jonathan yesterday morning and he assured me that I would receive my payment yesterday. I did receive my payment around 11 a.m. in full. I spoke with him extensively about what's going on at the company and he let me know that he did just acquire the company and that the previous owner left him with a complete and total mess and that he is working his hardest to get everyone paid as quickly as possible. He asked that everybody just be patient and be nice and allow him a little more time to get everybody taken care of.

Had an issue with old owner not processing the payment the new owner apologised and fixed the issue instantly within 2 days payment was on the way. Real great guy. Seems to have been left a mess but is definitely fixing the issues up.

UPDATE: I was finally able to reach the Jonathan Avila on Facebook messenger, there are several Jonathan Avilas but on one it says surplus Diabetic supplies LLC on his profile. He did pay finally via Pay Pal although I am still waiting for the funds to transfer to my bank account I hope there will be no problem it getting there. I am new to pay pal . ( I strongly urge you to get pay pal) and he apologized for the experience .I don't know the circumstances as why this is all happening but he seems to be doing his best to make it right. First let me say there have been some issues. But after talking to the owner I have no doubt that the service will be back to 100%. He is open and honest about the fact he has only recently bought the company and he is cleaning up a mess left by the previous owner. I would not think twice about recommending this company to friends or family.

Ive been using this company for about a year. I havent had any problems with them until this month. I contacted the owner via facebook messenger and he mailed me my payment within hours. His name is Jonathon and he informed me that they have been having some issues and apologized to me. If you are having problems go to him directly.
