A newly diagnosed diabetic, I saw a need to help people who could not afford test strips and diabetic supplies without insurance and a good paying job. I have lived in Chicago, Illinois for over 34 years and am committed to local charities and non-profits including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. I looked for a way to help those without insurance and money take care of their diabetic needs and didn’t see many options – I created one. Since 2005 we have been helping people sell diabetic test strips for cash and donating them to those in need at our cost or selling them online at a significant discount.I know the frustrations and sadness of not managing diabetes with the daily testing of your glucose blood sugar. When I was 15, I lost my mother to diabetes and since then have made it my mission in life to help those with diabetes in any way that I can. We are steadfast in our mission in providing test strips to those in need and hope you will help us by selling your unused test strips. Is anyone doing a class action lawsuit? I sent them 8 boxes of strips undamaged and they still have not paid me. They owe me $300.00 in total. If anyone knows how to get a class action suit started or if there is one how I go about being added I would be glad to do it. I have used this company in the past and it breaks my heart they would treat LOYAL CUSTOMERS this way.

I sent in 6 boxes of undamaged, new Accu Chek Aviva test strips (50 count) at the beginning of June 2018. I still have not received my payment and I have tried contacting the company several times by email and by phone. No answer by phone and emails from the company ask for my tracking info which I've supplied, but get no further response. I will contact BBB about this company and will not use them again!

I have been using cashnow for quite some time. Up until last year their return rate was just as they said. Usually got my cash in about 5 days. Then last year I sent them three boxes of which only one was mine. The other two belonged to other people. I called....and called. And called...leaving messages to no avail. Six months later I received the check. So, silly me figured it was a one time glitch so I again sent another shipment of two boxes. I believe that was two or three months ago. I just received an email from USPS that it had been shipped. It's too bad that a once trusted company has gone awry. Never any explanation. Of any sort. Unfortunately, they have lost my business. As they say hindsight is 20/20. I should have paid attention when they reduced the price of the brand I was sending.

I originally sent them my pkg in the mid month of February 2018.It was 3 days before the 4th of july when I received payment. It took them 3 months to apologize to me on about may 25 2018 & another month to finalize my cust. Order...I'm DONE.this CASHNOWOFFER.com are scam artist..DON'T SEND BOXES OF ANY. At first I was excited that I was going to have the opportunity to make a little cash with some extra test strips that I had not used. I was also in a bind financially and I thought that the timeframe they gave of 2 to 3 business days and the money being put in my PayPal account sounded like a great deal. I wish I had read some reviews regarding this company because it’s been nothing but a nightmare since. I sent in my order. First of all when I sent it in they told me that three of the boxes were damaged. They were not damaged when I send them in. But regardless the majority of my strips were excepted and I was told that I would be receiving over $200. A week went by and nothing happened, Then a month, and now it’s been almost 3 months and all I ever received is an email back from Kelliibsaying that Nina is in charge of accounting and that they are several weeks behind in accounting. There is also talk in the email about company restructuring. It sounds like the company went bankrupt and they are just trying to feel the emails to make people feel better about the fact that they’ve never received any money. Really hoping there is some kind of lawsuit against the company or at least a class action lawsuit. If anybody has a phone number besides ones a list on their website or that you can Google, please put it up here so we can call in inundate them with phone calls. This is ridiculous.

THIS COMPANY DOES DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES, THEY APOLOGIZE, MAKE EXCUSES. AND A FEW MORE WEEKS PASS ALL THE WHILE USING AND PROFITING FROM THE STRIPS YOU SEND THEM. NOW THEY SAY THAT THE COMPANY HAS CHANGED HANDS AND THEY ARE REORGANIZING! EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK! I HAVE NO PROOF OF WHAT I THINK, BUT THESE KIND OF BUSINESS PRACTICES SMACK OF EMBEZZELMENT IN THE COMPANY. OR IS IT SOMEONE WITH A DRUG PROBLEM? like I said. I can only surmise. I AM STILL TRYING TO GET MY PIDDLY LITTLE $106 FROM THEM ! NO ONE NO ONE NO ONE SELLS THEIR STRIPS UNLESS THEY DESPARATELY NEED THE MONEY.
