Review: Disappointing Hair Extensions and Self-Indulgent Website I recently purchased hair extensions from this company, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. The extensions I received were nothing like what was advertised. They were tangled, shedding excessively, and the texture was completely off. Within a week of light use, they became unmanageable and frizzy. It’s clear that these extensions are not made to last. Additionally, the website is an eyesore. It looks more like a shrine dedicated to one of the owners who seems to have an inflated sense of self-importance. The site is filled with self-promotional content and photos that make it hard to navigate and find the actual products. It’s off-putting and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere for quality hair extensions and a customer-friendly shopping experience.

Bought these two years or so ago and was let down immediately. Bought the seamless clip ins and boy, I was horrified on the quality. I’m an everyday clip-in hair extension girly and for the quality they claimed to offer verses the exposure on Shark Tank. I thought, why not give it a try? Maybe the price is worth it-Not. The 9 clip-ins didn’t last nearly two months. I was taken back on how quickly the ends spilt after putting low heat to them, how matted n tangled they would get after half a day of wearing them. Will I ever buy from this place again? NOPE. Save your money, order from Luxy Hair or Bellami. Even Zalas. All those brands have lasted longer and were more affordable than these.
