I am 62 years old and Victor Rubio is the most patient assistant I've worked with. His willingness to take all the time needed to explain the program was necessary. I am confident in this company because of Victor. You're lucky to have have him on your team.

Complete waste of time. They aren't a lender. They are a broker and you can apply directly with the lenders they send you to. When I pointed this out they laughably told me about an "alternative approval" which is a fraudulent debt consolidation service. These guys don't do anything. They take a huge chunk of money in advance and then call credit cards on your behalf to ask them to reduce your interest. What they won't tell you is that you can do that yourself. You don't need to pay anyone to do it for you.

The company reportedly charges exorbitant interest rates of up to 36% along with additional fees of 5%. Such terms can make borrowing extremely expensive and financially burdensome for customers.

Customers have reported dissatisfaction with the company's unclear processes, high charges, and misleading advertising tactics.
