Surprisingly easy
So far, so good. The instructions were easy to follow and the correspondence has been thorough. I got decent value for my damaged phone and so far, no hassle whatsoever.

Absolutely best way to trade in your old iPhone for cash there is.
I feel bad for ever doubting this site, really. I had heard so much negative feedback about buy back sites that I thought this one would low ball me too but....they didn't!:) they kept their word and I was so impressed and grateful. My iPhone was in about as bad a condition as one can get but they still came through. Absolutely top notch site and the only site you want to use to trade your iPhone in for cash. Spectacular.

Easy as can be!
Great experience. I didn't have to go crazy listing my sale. Hardest part is finding a box. And they pay the shipping for you and provide a prepaid label!
