Thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to clarify a few important points for transparency.
ID verification is clearly mentioned in our Terms of Service which all members agree to upon registration. While CashInStyle does not require verification by default, it becomes necessary only when an account is flagged by our external security systems. A flag does not mean wrongdoing, it simply means additional verification is required to safely proceed.
In your case, the account was flagged due to a connection risk signal. This does not mean a VPN was confirmed but it does require verification to clear the flag. Unfortunately, when verification cannot be completed, we are left with no option to release funds as doing so would put our platform and partners at risk.
Your account was closed at your request not as a penalty, and no action was taken until that request was made.
Regarding reviews: CashInStyle does not pay for Trustpilot reviews. All reviews are from real users and Trustpilot actively monitors and removes incentivized or fake reviews. We also operate a public Discord community with nearly 9,000 members, where users openly share feedback and payment proof in real time.
For ID verification, we use Persona, a trusted verification provider that is widely used by many well-known and established Get Paid To websites and other online platforms. The vast majority of our members complete verification without any issues.
We understand how frustrating this experience was and genuinely regret that the verification step did not work for you. We wish you the best of luck on platforms that may be a better fit and use different security tools.

Scam
Went to cash out, had it delayed for 3 weeks all for it to be denied and then for them to take away half of my funds, meaning I couldn't cash out anymore. Defeating the purpose of doing tasks as they got my work and took the reward away.
Response from CashInStyleJan 20, 2026
Thanks for leaving your feedback. I was able to locate your account using your Trustpilot username and it matches the account in our system so I want to clearly explain what occurred.
Your withdrawal was delayed and later denied due to two separate factors:
Your connection was flagged by our security checks
One of our survey partners raised quality concerns on completed surveys
The balance adjustment you noticed was not a manual action by CashInStyle. The chargeback on your account was issued by Cherries (survey partner) for a survey you completed on 12/30/2025. When a survey partner reverses a survey, it means they did not pay us for that completion and in those cases the credited amount must be removed.
At the moment, your chargeback rate is 50%, which is well above what survey partners consider acceptable. Because of this, some rewards were kept on hold and could not be approved for payout.
Chargebacks can happen for several common reasons, including:
1-Completing surveys too quickly
2- Inconsistent or conflicting answers
3- Failing attention or quality checks
4- Providing inaccurate or non-matching information
5- Using unstable or flagged connections (such as VPNs or proxies)
CashInStyle pays out thousands of legitimate withdrawals on a regular basis. However, payouts are only possible when survey partners fully approve the responses and release payment to us. These decisions are made by the survey providers not by CashInStyle and we are unable to override them.
We understand how this situation can feel from the user side but this is an industry-wide process that applies across all GPT platforms using survey providers.

CashInStyle Response
In response to CashInStyle response.
Thank you for your timely responsive input and clarification and I apologize if you yourself don't control those actions and are the actions of the survey companies you are hosting, but I ask you this, what are your required standards to these survey companies in order to host them on your website? Do you not have a quality control requirement requested from these survey companies because your members are important to you? The A/B testing you mentioned don't seem to be the case in my case, I kept trying over and over to regain the lost credits taken away to either qualify for a survey or reach the 100% and time and time again I would get very near 90%-96% and then just before getting there I have a "paused survey" message this is not just coincidence its intentional, if you care about your members and the time they expend with honest quality answers then set a required standard and kick out those companies who are not transparent because like it or not they reflect negatively on your website and reputation

Thank you sharing your feedback and for explaining your concerns in more detail. We genuinely understand how frustrating it can be to invest time into surveys and feel let down by late disqualifications or technical issues.
Survey quality is a shared responsibility between platforms like ours and the market research companies that provide the surveys. You are absolutely right, survey partners reflect on us and we do take responsibility. Before onboarding any survey provider, we review factors such as historical performance, reversal rates, compliance standards and feedback from other get paid to websites owners. We also continuously monitor live performance, including completion rates, user complaints and abnormal patterns.
That said, the market research industry as a whole faces ongoing challenges. Thousands of surveys are launched and unfortunately a percentage suffer from poor targeting, quota closures near completion or technical problems that cause late disqualifications. This is not the experience we want for our members and we actively report these issues and push partners to improve. To help compensate members for this reality, CashInStyle intentionally pays higher rewards than most platforms for the same survey integrations. We want our members to receive better value for their time compared to other sites using identical providers.
Regarding Cherries specifically, they are one of our top-performing partners. They are known for using AI-based matching to better pair users with suitable surveys and for identifying and penalizing sub-providers with high drop-off or chargeback rates. Even with advanced matching in place, there are times when survey availability or targeting limitations prevent a good match and this can occasionally impact the experience despite best efforts. Like CashInStyle, Cherries is a fast-growing market research company and is actively improving its systems to enhance transparency and user experience.
While no platform can completely eliminate poor-quality surveys in such a large ecosystem, we remain committed to higher payouts, transparency, active quality control and continuous feedback loops with our partners. Feedback like yours is taken seriously and directly influences how we evaluate and work with survey providers.
We appreciate you holding us accountable and sharing your experience, it helps us improve for everyone.

I'm a new member
I'm a new member, just signed up two days ago, right away I have had a very bad expiernce, many survey sites have set up a program called "Cherries" cherries works in your favor by adding time credits as move closer to qualifying for surveys. Cashinstyle's cherries program however works differently, when you near receiving credit, you start getting "this survey has paused" message midway and are required to click the arrow to return back when you do you lose a large amount of your time, this scenario repeats itself and you begin to lose that time. other survey sites cherries program does not do this. SuperPayMe for example has the same program and their cherries program credits you, I went from 96% down to 41% on CashinStyle so they are not reputable or transparent

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and we are genuinely sorry to hear that your first few days on CashInStyle have been frustrating.
We’d like to clarify an important point about Cherries Surveys. While Cherries is available on multiple platforms, the survey flow, pauses, and terminations are controlled entirely by the survey providers and respondents matching not by CashInStyle itself. We do not have the ability to pause surveys, reset progress or remove time credit manually.
Cherries is a survey provider and its core integration works the same across all websites that use it. However, Cherries is still actively developing their platform and regularly runs A/B testing where new changes might be shown to a portion of users only on specific websites. This means some members may experience different survey behaviors temporarily while improvements are being evaluated.
What A/B testing means:
To improve survey quality and completion rates, Cherries sometimes might show different versions of the survey flow to different groups of users. For example, 50% of users may see the current system while the other 50% are shown a slightly adjusted version to measure results like completion rate, drop-offs or user feedback. This is a common practice used by many tech companies to test improvements before rolling them out to everyone.
Because of this, some users may temporarily experience differences in:
Progress percentage behavior
Survey pauses or redirects
Time-credit adjustments near completion
That said, we fully understand how frustrating this can feel especially when you are close to completion. We will share your feedback with the Cherries team so they can review the experience you described and improve consistency.
While Cherries is available on other platforms, our partnership is exclusive and allows us to offer higher payouts than many alternatives and our goal is to ensure the overall experience matches that value.
We appreciate you giving CashInStyle a try and thank you again for your honest feedback. We hope to provide a better experience moving forward.

Beware of this website
Beware of this website; it's a scam. They initially asked me to verify my face, which I completed. However, when I tried to withdraw my first earnings, they asked me to complete another verification, claiming my account was suspicious. Be careful not to deal with this website; its reviews are fake.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your frustration and would like to clarify a few important points for transparency.
CashInStyle is a legitimate platform and thousands of members have successfully earned and withdrawn from the site. Our reviews are from real users and are not fabricated.
Regarding verification:
Face verification and full ID (KYC) verification are two different steps. In some cases, especially for first-time withdrawals or when an account is flagged by our automated security system, additional ID verification is required. This is a standard anti-fraud and compliance measure used across GPT and rewards platforms to protect both users and the platform from abuse, duplicate accounts, and chargebacks.
As outlined in our Terms of Service, CashInStyle reserves the right to request identity and/or address verification before processing withdrawals, particularly if unusual activity is detected. Being flagged does not mean a user has done anything wrong, it simply means we need to complete the required checks before releasing funds.
We do not take verification lightly, but it is necessary to:
1- Prevent fraud and multiple-account abuse
2- Protect advertisers and ensure long-term payouts for honest users
3- Keep the platform sustainable for everyone
If you are willing, we are more than happy to review your case directly and help you complete the process so you can withdraw your earnings.
Support is always available via our contact page or Discord and we encourage anyone with concerns to reach out so we can assist properly.
12/24 Update: We are able to locate your account in our system and did identify why it was flagged. Our systems detected that a VPN or proxy was used which violates CashInStyle’s terms.
We use a combination of security tools and our internal systems to monitor account activity and all indicators pointed to VPN usage. These measures are in place to protect the platform, our partners, and our members from fraud, multiple accounts, and chargebacks.
We understand this may be frustrating but these checks are essential to keep the platform secure and ensure only honest users can continue to earn and withdraw safely.

Avoid CashInStyle — Refused to Pay $170+
I managed to earn over $170 on my account by doing months' worth of surveys. Dating back to August, I've made countless attempts to withdraw, only for all of my withdrawal requests to be denied. Then in September, they decided to ban my account. I contacted their support, and even though they have a dedicated email address for support tickets, they instructed me to join their Discord server to message the site owner (which should've already been a red flag). I sent a message through Discord and I'm told that my withdrawal requests were denied because of my chargeback rate. Mind you, all of the chargebacks that were issued on my account by survey providers were already deducted from my balance. This means the remaining balance were successfully completed surveys that the survey providers were satisfied with. This also means the site itself does not have to incur any monetary losses associated with the chargebacks, as the funds were directly deducted from my balance. Despite this, they are outright refusing to honor payment for the remaining funds on my account. They've decided they're within their right to pocket over $170 in completed surveys that I rightfully earned, all because survey providers were dissatisfied with a a portion of the surveys that I had completed and had already been subtracted from my balance. Avoid this site like the plague. They could suspend your account at any point for any arbitrary reason, even if you are completing offers in good faith.
EDIT:
This site absolutely pocketed my earnings by refusing to honor payment for over $170 in legitimately completed surveys that were done >6 months ago. Survey providers reserve the right to issue chargebacks on any survey they receive and for any reason. This is standard protocol in the GPT industry. A user could complete a survey diligently and in good faith and still be issued a chargeback because the provider is dissatisfied with the content of the responses; it's not just about quality.
1) As mentioned above, chargebacks can be issued for any reason of the survey provider's choosing and is not necessarily an indication that the response quality was subpar. The point is that all the surveys that have been subject to chargebacks have already been subtracted from my balance, which means the remaining funds are from surveys that the providers are satisfied with and have paid for. This also means that all the monetary losses associated with the chargebacks were solely incurred by me and not the site, hence why CashInStyle is arbitrarily withholding my earnings.
2) Withdrawals were repeatedly denied, and support indicated that the reason was that I needed to lower my chargeback rate to return my account to good standing, which is why I continued completing surveys with the expectation that the site would eventually honor the withdrawal.
3) See point above. I had every intention of lowering my chargeback rate with the hopes that these efforts would lead to the site releasing payment. The withdrawal restrictions were not temporary. I had issues with withdrawal requests clearing starting from July. Then from August and beyond, they refused to approve any withdrawal requests after trying multiple times. This led to my account being banned in September. Apparently banning my account "protects" the platform when I am the one who generated over $170 for the site that they are refusing to pay.
4) The "multiple opportunities" to correct issues was a 2-month window to lower my chargeback rate, which was an impossible ask. The only way I could have lowered my chargeback rate to <10% within that timeframe is if I spent every day successfully completing dozens of surveys. I couldn't accomplish that even if I wanted to because I am from Canada and we receive a fraction of the survey opportunities compared to users from the US. Note the contradiction here: i) "[T]he member continued activity despite clear and repeated warnings"; ii) "The user was informed well in advance (months prior) that their chargeback rate needed to improve." Which is it? Am I expected to try to lower my chargeback rate by continuing to do surveys, or am I supposed to cease all activity and expect the site to honor payment?
5) Again, the point is that the site refuses to pay successfully completed surveys that were not subject to chargebacks. In this case, the earnings exceed $170. They've decided to pocket the money that I earned when I've already incurred all the losses associated with the chargebacks myself. The site did not eat the losses.
Refusing to honor payment for an account with a balance of over $170 containing legitimately completed surveys that are over 6 months old jeopardizes the site's integrity.
I am a legitimate user, was active, and had ~$600 in cumulative earnings.

We are sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify this publicly.
CashInStyle does not withhold earnings arbitrarily or “pocket” user funds. In this case, the account was flagged and ultimately disabled due to an exceptionally high chargeback rate (≈19%) which is far above what our survey partners consider acceptable. Most survey partners expect ~5% and anything consistently above ~10% triggers enforcement actions.
A few important points to clarify:
1- Chargebacks are not only about money already deducted.
They are a direct indicator of response quality and advertiser trust. Even if funds are deducted from a user’s balance, a high chargeback rate still damages our standing with survey providers and puts survey access for all members at risk.
2- Withdrawals were denied before the ban because the account was already flagged. This was communicated clearly including warnings in July that continued high chargebacks would result in restrictions and eventual suspension.
3- The user was informed well in advance (months prior) that their chargeback rate needed to improve. Unfortunately, it did not and additional complaints from survey partners followed. Withdrawals were temporarily restricted multiple times as a preventative measure. Despite these actions and clear communication, the member continued completing surveys which resulted in even more chargebacks. At that point, further action became unavoidable to protect advertisers and the platform.
4- We provide members with multiple opportunities to correct issues before taking any action. However, if warnings are repeatedly ignored, the member assumes the risk of further consequences. In this case, the member continued activity despite clear and repeated warnings leaving us with no alternative.
5- This policy is applied consistently.
Any account regardless of balance that exceeds acceptable chargeback thresholds or is flagged for quality issues is restricted from withdrawing and may be disabled. This is standard across GPT platforms and is required to maintain advertiser relationships.
6- Discord is not a “red flag.”, It’s simply one of several support channels we offer to allow faster and more transparent communication.
We absolutely understand that this situation is frustrating. However, allowing withdrawals from accounts with severe quality flags would jeopardize the platform and earnings opportunities for thousands of other legitimate users.
We pay legitimate users with acceptable quality metrics every single day and we stand by our enforcement decisions when clear thresholds are exceeded.

We understand your frustration but our decision is based on verified evidence in line with our Terms of Service. Your account was flagged for having multiple accounts and repeating the same “Domino Dreams” offer across them. Our system confirms with 100% certainty that both accounts belong to the same person.
We handle thousands of offers and payouts every day and our rules exist to protect fairness for all members. Violating these rules risks both member trust and the quality of rewards we can provide.
We encourage everyone to join our Discord community to see firsthand that we are a legitimate platform and pay genuine members promptly. It’s the best place to ask questions, get support and witness the activity of our thousands of active users.
Following the TOS ensures a reliable and rewarding experience for the entire community.

They deny instant withdrawls without warning because of "high risk" so you have to wait 30 days to even be eligible to withdrawl your funds. Stay far away from these grey area con artist.
Response from CashInStyleDec 1, 2025
Thank you for sharing your feedback and I am genuinely sorry for the frustration this caused. I want to clarify that we don’t deny withdrawals but we do have a hold system in place for certain offers. High-risk offers can have longer hold times which is a common practice across the GPT industry to ensure rewards are properly verified and to protect both members and the platform from potential fraud.
You might be referring to early release requests. We do allow early releases but only for low-risk offers with minimal history of chargebacks. Higher-value offers or offers that have had multiple chargebacks in the past may be held temporarily. This isn’t about blocking legitimate members, it’s about keeping the platform fair and secure for everyone.
CashInStyle passes along around 90% of what we receive from advertisers, the highest rates in the industry. Because of this, we don’t have room to cover losses from fraud or reversed rewards so these precautions are necessary.
Fraud and chargebacks are an unfortunate reality in the GPT world. If a reward is released too early and a problem is detected afterward, it may need to be reversed. Holding offers temporarily prevents this and ensures verified completions are credited correctly.
We completely understand that waiting can be frustrating especially when offers are completed legitimately. Please know we’re always looking for ways to improve processing speed and maintain a fair, secure platform. Most members are able to earn and withdraw successfully and we are here to help whenever an issue arises.
Thank you for your understanding and for giving CashInStyle a try.
