Honest wasn't too bad up until they waited for me to finally out in alot of work all nighters I might add finished a game which majority were put on over a month long or longer review actually they didn't release any of that off even though 19$ was not held, was asked for proof , I was on my app in the screen recording clearly showed the level I was on I went from app directly to their sites and my account well that was not enough proof so I tried to reason with them they refused to release anything until after it was verified by provider, well to my knowledge nothing charged back at all as it wasn't cheated or anything , fast forward to like a week or so from my release on the offer mind you yes I had some bs chargebacks months and I mean months ago I'd say 6 . Well normally if this was an issue and reason to suspend an account for high rate it would have been done months ago right ?. No account was perfectly fine cashed out a few small dollars in-between , but the month of my offers were to be released I checked my account suspended, odd because everything was perfectly fine prior , I messages support staff on discord, im now told 2 separate lies on why my account was suspended. With the latter being high charge back rating, so why was my account fine for months with that rating even allowed cash outs . Then the other was you didn't submit proof of completion for the offers as I wanted , but I did submit proof that any other provider would have accepted, showed my level , time I believe date too and showed both me switching from the game to my cashinstyle account . Now they won't even respond when I ask them why I was not paid out properly for the game I completed. Even Mo will not respond because they know they are dead wrong .. there was absolutely 0 issue until I finished the offer and was requesting my payment everything you just commented contradict what support said . Update . None of that makes any sense , your holding the payment till it clears correct , I was told you would release any of it till it cleared which should have been last month , how are you just gonna assume and use your "risk" factors to immediately take action before you even let the offer run it's course . Thats ludicrous, so instead of allowing it to clearly properly and be released without any help . Which was why I left it alone, you assumed it was gonna charge back and automatically throw out every single minute hour and day I put into that game with 0 respect or even a second thought about me . Do you realize I did that offer legitimatly because I need the money for important shit that was not able to be completed so instead of being able to get back on my feet and get a job because you automatically allow your computers to do this after half of the holdin time for the offer has been completed. Honestly your no better then rewardxp . Y'all allow your so called check and computers programs to do all this extra shit that you don't actually know when they aren't working and hitting for a false positive or whatever . This is why I have been sticking it out with LEGITMATE sites that ACTUALLY TAKE REAL DATA. Into consideration , ALLOWING OFFERS TO FINISH THEIR CYCLE before passing any judgement . Which I'm cool with I got 11 bucks randomly other day for an offer I completed around the same time but it wasn't shown completed they went and did the whole thing to make sure I was paid if the offer was completed . Unlike y'all who have no care about anything and are to far up your high horse you allow computers and programs on run your work , without remembering who built the computers who built the programs that run these check , because last I knew everyone makes mistakes and we make mistakes , then so can they since we created them .

We are sorry to hear about your experience and we understand how frustrating it can be to invest significant time completing offers and then have your account placed under review. As a platform, we have a responsibility to protect both our members and our advertising partners. When our systems identify activity that requires additional review, we may request proof of completion. Unfortunately, there are situations where the information provided isn’t sufficient for us or the offer provider to verify the activity. Previous chargebacks and an account’s overall chargeback rate can also be considered as part of a broader risk review. We’d be happy to take another look at the full history and findings. Please contact us at [email protected] with your CashInStyle username and email and we’ll review the case again and provide as much clarification as we can. Update 9/7: Thank you for providing your email address. We have now reviewed your account and the findings in detail. To clarify, the account was not suspended simply because you completed the offer or because you requested a withdrawal. Our review identified multiple risk factors that led to the restriction. Your account currently has a 22.00% chargeback rate including a significant number of chargebacks from RevU. In addition, the Disney Solitaire completion was flagged by both our automated security systems and our internal review team. This is a high-risk offer with a known history of chargebacks so the combination of the recent activity and your existing chargeback history triggered our security measures. We also want to clarify that a high chargeback rate does not necessarily result in an immediate suspension by itself. Accounts are continuously monitored and additional activity can cause an account to be reassessed when new risk signals appear. In your case, the recent Disney Solitaire activity, the offer being flagged, and the 22.00% chargeback rate together resulted in the account being blocked. We do not block accounts without a reason, and there is no benefit to CashInStyle in doing so. These measures are necessary to protect the platform, our members and our advertising partners from fraudulent activity and chargeback exposure. We understand that you may disagree with the decision but the account restriction was based on multiple documented risk indicators not simply on the fact that you completed an offer or requested payment.
