We are truly sorry to hear about your negative experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I understand how frustrating it can be when you feel like your efforts aren’t being rewarded as expected. I see you have an open support ticket with us. We have just replied to that ticket with an explanation of how our disqualification bonuses work. It is important to note that Cherries Surveys is the only survey provider on our platform that offers a unique disqualification bonus system (not one or two cents). Whenever you are disqualified from a survey with Cherries, a disqualification bar fills up and after several terms, you will receive compensation for your time. Unfortunately, not all survey providers like Bitlabs and others offer similar bonuses or may only reward very small amounts (one or two cents) for disqualifications. We encourage you to try Cherries Surveys as it can provide more meaningful compensation even when you are disqualified. We have worked hard to include these opportunities to make sure your time spent is valued. Once again, we apologize for any confusion and appreciate your patience. Please feel free to reach out if you have any other concerns. We are here to help!

We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience. We take the integrity of our platform seriously and accounts are only restricted when there's a clear violation of our terms such as the use of VPNs, fake information, multiple accounts or high chargeback rate. We have submitted a request for more information through Trustpilot so we can look into your situation further. In most cases, a negative balance occurs due to a chargeback from one of our survey or offerwall partners, this happens when the partner reverses a reward and unfortunately, we don’t have control over those decisions. If you'd like us to review your account, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your username and email and we’ll gladly investigate and explain what happened. We are here to help!

I am sorry for the confusion and inconvenience. Requesting proof is part of our routine verification process to ensure the legitimacy of offers and prevent fraud. This is standard practice for all offers requiring proof during withdrawals. We assess the information provided, proof submitted, the risk level of offers and their chargeback history to determine if we can release or need to lock them. New accounts and high-risk offers often experience delays while we gather additional information. A 30-60 days hold usually means the offer is considered high-risk due to previous chargebacks. This precaution helps us protect our platform, users and advertisers while maintaining high-quality completions. We are committed to resolving your concerns and will continue to work with you on the open ticket. We aim to release offers depending on their risk level. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Reviewing your account and support tickets, I see your account was banned because the casino offer was not completed legitimately and there were multiple chargebacks associated with other offers completed. We did request proof of completion for the casino offer multiple times in June (2 months ago) via Discord and via email/ticket but we did not receive the necessary verification. Our fraud prevention measures are designed to ensure high quality on our platform protecting both our advertisers and users from fraudulent activities. When users cannot verify their completions and have high chargebacks, it limits our options to assist.

I am sorry to hear about your recent experience and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We have recently had to implement a 30-60 day lock on raid offers due to an increase in chargebacks reported. If your account is not flagged as high risk (due to multiple accounts for example) the lock period is usually closer to 30 days. These measures are essential for maintaining our relationships with partners and ensuring high quality of completion. We understand you might prefer other sites but please remember that CashInStyle provides the highest rates available and maintaining these rates requires strong quality control. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I apologize for the negative experience you have had with our site. We haven't processed your payment yet because we are still reviewing the proof you submitted and verifying the offer requirements to ensure everything is correct. We handle withdrawals multiple times each day and your withdrawal was put on hold the same day because we needed additional proof as part of our verification process for high-risk offers. I have reviewed our ticketing system and Discord and we did respond to your inquiries within 24 hours. The delays and back and forth were caused by insufficient proof so we requested more information. There was also some confusion around Discord as we were told you reached out but we didn't receive any messages. First withdrawals also require extra verification which unfortunately adds more delays. We do offer high rates on all offerwalls compared to other websites which means we need to have strict measures in place to maintain high quality. We appreciate your feedback and we will work to improve our service and support.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. Our system flagged your account due to the use of public WiFi which violates our terms of service. Public connections can lead to multiple accounts which creates challenges for our advertisers. We always strive to assist all users with their account issues to the best of our ability but when terms of service are violated, additional verifications are necessary to unlock the account. I understand that this might leave you feeling dissatisfied with the service.
