ID and facial verification are only necessary when our system flags an account due to concerns like VPN use, proxy connections, multiple accounts and other reasons. In your situation, our review revealed multiple flags and VPN that conflicted with our policies which unfortunately stopped us from processing your withdrawal and resulted in account termination. The survey providers we work with review responses thoroughly and may flag them for various reasons which can lead to chargebacks on your account. Some common reasons for survey chargebacks include Inaccurate or inconsistent responses for example providing answers that don't align with previous responses can lead to flags. Speed of completion: If a survey is completed unusually quickly, it may raise suspicions. There are also other reasons that flag survey responses. Thank you for your understanding.

We recognize that facing multiple chargebacks can be disheartening especially after putting in the time to complete surveys. To provide some clarity, chargebacks are managed by our survey providers not directly by us. Survey providers run security checks, review all responses and may revoke credits based on several factors. These can include speeding through surveys, inconsistent answers, straightlining, duplicate responses or other reasons that might cause data to be flagged. After reviewing your account in response to the payment concerns, we found no flags or issues on our end for any of your transactions. I can confirm that we have processed 7 withdrawals all of which show as completed on PayPal with no issues/flags detected from our side. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
