Very positive transaction. Got a little more money then expected and everything was quick and easy. My only complaint is that PayPal held the money for 21 days before releasing. This is 100% on PayPal, but it might be worthwhile to mention as a possibility when selecting PayPal.

Great price for trade-in, even better experience with customer service, and overall amazing experience. I decided to sell my MacBook Pro to CashForYourMac I believe 3 weeks ago mainly because they gave me the best price, and the whole process was extremely streamlined - they provided me with the shipping label and I went to the Fedex store and got it packed in a box then shipped it over. I mailed out my MacBook on June 16th from NJ, and they received it in only four days, then sent my payment only two days after on June 22nd. The customer service was extremely friendly and addressed my concerns immediately. Overall, the process was very easy and much easier than selling the laptop on my own. Thank you.
