Easy to work with
Easy to work with. Did not pay as much as I expected, but did agree to an amount. Carl was very helpful making sure I got my check by FedEx after I didn’t get the original check after 11 days. Would use them again

Easy to do
Easy to do, low price based on the knowledge I had gathered on the single diamond which was almost flawless to my knowledge. But at the end of the day it’s been sitting in a drawer for years.

Overall Satisfied!
I sent 4 rings in. I was very disappointed and shocked at the offer. A few days later I sent an email regarding my disappointment and soon after got an email back stating there had been a mistake in my original quote. I received a new offer that was almost double of the original. It was just a little lower than I had hoped but it was acceptable. I agreed and I received payment quite fast after that. Overall experience was positive
