I was told a certain amount id receive and once the tow truck driver arrives it was less, trying to say i was missing a catalytic converter that i know it wasn't missing. Reached out to his supervisor and was told id here back from the supervisor and the driver within the day never heard from either, tow truck driver even argued with my mechanic, i felt taken advantage of in the situation. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

I dealt with a couple of other companies that only wanted to pay me $250, or $180 for my 1994 car. Cashforcarsflorida offered me a low price and raised it when I told them the highest offer I'de gotten. They stuck to the higher offer to the end. The gentleman via text, and on phone was easy to understand and to work with; much better than another place. The towing driver was polite and efficient. He paid me, no problem. Their tow truck leaked a lot of oil in my driveway and street. The owner of the tow company came by my house and cleaned it all up! I recommend using them both.
