Given that companies barrow money the loan terms are not to my liking. Paying 2x for a short term loan is ridiculous and once this loan is over wont use your services further.

They never sent me loan documents and refuse to answer any emails. They are not licensed lenders in my state and they are illegally calling a short term payday loan scheme an advance of future earnings. But they can't just rename it and because they say so its not a loan. Its a loan period. I am willing to pay principal only back. I will seek guidance from washington attorney general's office, consumer finance protection bureau and washington department of regulation. If necessary I will seek treble damages for violating our states laws on predatory lending and interest rates.

Asking for a payment before funding me That's ridiculously dumb. I don't mind paying a high price for money and having a frontend fee deduction. But paying out for a loan. Well ... that's just ignorant desperation. Pretty reprehensible bottom fishing. Shame on you.
