Before any funds are disbursed, each merchant is required to review and electronically sign the agreement, which outlines the full terms of the transaction, including the total payback amount, payment schedule, and cancellation policy. By signing the agreement prior to funding, you acknowledged and accepted those terms. The agreement also explains that this is not a personal loan, but a business cash advance provided in exchange for a portion of a business's future receivables. Our records also indicate that your cancellation request was submitted approximately one month after funding, which was outside the contractual cancellation period. Under the agreement, cancellations must be requested within a specified timeframe after funding. Unfortunately, after that request, the scheduled payments were no longer being made in accordance with the agreement. Best regards.
