If I could give them a 0-star review, I would. I have been waiting since August 2026 for a check. They claimed to have sent it twice and confirmed my address in every email I sent, yet as of October 2026, I still have not received the payment for the supplies I sent. I feel that my supplies were taken without intention to pay, which is extremely upsetting, especially since I have been doing business with them for several years without any previous issues.

Well I have sent in e months ago a order and I have been waiting on my check that they owe me and I have not gotten in it in the mail I have sent text messages and they want text me back or message me back and I need my money to get gas and pay bills with they was good at 1st but then messing up it's not just me that's having this problem it's a lot of people can someone help us out on here cause us people need answers today this is crazy . thanks I'll be waiting.

Good morning I have been dealing with cash for diabetic strips for probably about two years initially they were good but as time went on it got really difficult dealing with them emails unanswered phone calls bypassed I recently sent what I usually send to them and again since I’ve been dealing with them, I have given them passes on things I shouldn’t have they they lowered the prices without informing, and the time of payout all have changed, but that wasn’t the problem. The problem was I sent the same thing I sent every month and now because of a small piece of paper or a small tear on the side of the box not damaged not crunched. All letters information was clearly seen. They took $100 and didn’t bother to give me any excuse except that I am disgusted with their performance. I am disgusted with their disrespect on getting back to you and the excuses. They have gotten extremely raggedy and I will no longer deal with this company. Please send your diabetic strips to someplace else. I’m sure there are other places online that you can send your diabetic strips and other things too instead of getting the runaround and BS by this company very disappointed.

They responded to the first order but now emails go unanswered and they claim they mailed a check for my second order. Three weeks later and no check and no returned email explanation. Don't waste your time. Ripoff.

They were great at first and after time went by they started to show lack of effort and the owner Maria i believe is her name! This lady is very rude! Disgusting behavior and doesn't know how to talk to customers or about customers! ( one of the drivers had her on speaker and she was talking down on me and stating "well she made the mistake online not i! I never made a mistake their online systme did. She also said to the driver don't sell to her just leave!) Their online system is very poor and if you click on one product it take you to another product! Service all in all is very poor and they should work on better customer service

Well my experience initially were good. Now it seems like they are giving me a run around .. So hopefully I'm wrong .texting was OK until they got the product now its spardingly .I will never do business with this company again.Once they get your product now you are on there time.Texting is sparsingly after they get you product stay away .you will get low balled I got low balled $300 about they gave no reason is to why .Do yourself a favor save yourself a heatache ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

They do ok the first time send like a trap and then now second time tried to say one of boxes was open when it was not & I took pictures before sent out. Then when sent deposit they put the wrong name to the bank account so my bank threw it back and now they say have to wait till it comes back until will redo the deposit hopefully correctly! If do not get a deposit started today I will be filling theft charges as that it was it is now. On top of snakey business and all.

They are liars and frauds. I sent them over $200 in items and they sent me $45. They kept changing their story. I have ut all in texts. They lied over and over again. They lure you in with a few payments thinking they are legitimate but they are not. They steal your products.
