Not only was Brian very professional and patient with me , he explained everything that I was about to sign , unfortunately after he went through all that work , there was problem and he took care of it right away and my id needing to be verified need a special kinda of Notary and I was passed onto a equaly lovely person named Melissa Gardner in the sate of Florida, she was fantastic as well , so thank all for a great experience, Roger Rees

Brian was quick to respond, accommodating with the timeframe to meet, and most importantly made for a seamless remote-notary experience. He prepped me for any and all expectations, took time to explain any sections that may be confusing & made sure that I was set up for success. He really did his prep/homework and we were able to do the remote-notary with incredible ease & efficiency!

Brian Harman was great! Friendly. Patient. Very clear in his guidance through our closing documents

So convenient (and idiot proof). We live on the East coast and sold the property on the west coast so this was a perfect service for us to use and went seamlessly. Thank you so much.

Brian was super knowledgeable and very thorough in stepping us through every step - what each signature meant, and navigating the various online tools and systems. Thanks for making it important!

It was awesome!
