Switched from Zepbound to their Tirzepitide Compound with B12. I have felt like this is a Placebo. I had occasional sulpher burps with Zepbound usually when I tried not to eat anything that day and weight was coming off. This compound has done nothing with weight in 10 weeks with 2 weeks to go on 3 month plan. I go down a pound and up a pound. Someone who stayed with Zepbound direct with Eli Lilly has lost 23 pounds in same time. Not happy with this colored water.
