great spot for a long weekend

I was treated to a stay here, and was ready for a week of luxury! The room was so cold! Even with the air con and fan off, we were wearing socks in bed! There is no heating, and it gets colder than this! Two days our room wasn't replenished or made up at all, and when I called down first time, it was hinted at, that it was our fault, for popping a do not disturb sign on our door for an hour, at 4pm as we got ready for an event in the evening. We had been out of the room all day. Twice our coffee and sugar were not replenished, basic job! Windows are painted shut, so couldn't even get some warmth in! Isn't this also a fire hazard? Most staff were pretty dismissive, apart from a lovely blonde curly haired lady at breakfast, and the outstanding Ayla at the pool, couldn't do enough for us! With a smile and genuine interest, as if we were the first people she had taken care of that day! Also a very attentive lady from the Ukraine in the shop. Apart from that, the outside of the hotel was impressive, inside the rooms, not so much, and the corridor didn't see a hoover all week! All in all, it looked the part from the outside, but overall, I wouldn't choose to stay again.

Select en Casa marina una experiencia a otro nivel A lo largo de 13 Junto a mi esposa hemos visitados muchos resorts dentro y fuera del país Mucho han llenado las expectativas pero al conocer SELECT de casa marina quedamos impresionados Agradezco a Yris de reservaciones por las atenciones y el empeño que puso para que mi esposa y yo viviéramos esta experiencia SELECT Desde que llegamos ademas de los maleteros los cuales nos dirigieron al area SELECT las atenciones de RICARDO al igual que AMAL fueron excepcionales gracias ricardo por ayudarnos a tener la experiencia de nuestro aniversario como lo esperaba. A francisco YAEL SANDY HARRISON ENEMENCIO. Y en especial a JUAN Por el trato REAL ESQUISITO nunca nos falto nada. Un lugar separado tranquilo las chicas de la terraza y del hermes. Todos nos trataron como de la realeza e hicieron nuestra estadía un ensueńo un paraíso. Antes viajaba una vez al ańo. Ahora deseamos ir unas 3 veces al ańo quedamos sorprendidos. Deseo agradecer al sommelier ARIEL por las atenciones que tuvo en nuestra cena romántica nos hizo la noche especial al igual que al músico salsofonista que toco para nosotros. Espere volver a verlos nuevamente y se que me faltan nombres los cuales también hicieron nuestra estadía lo mejor de lo mejor. Mil gracias a todos
