I will just say I will never use them again. They made promises they did not keep. They not only made themselves look bad they made the property owners look bad.

I booked a 5‑night Airbnb for over $1,800 and had to evacuate after the first night due to serious habitability issues, including major ant infestation, undisclosed lack of air conditioning and poor service animal accommodations. The host, CaSago SoCal, refunded only $750. I was left covering the cost of emergency lodging for the rest of my trip. Totally unacceptable. I will never rent from Airbnb or CaSago again.

The owner of Casago in New Smyrna Beach, Florida is Tim Smith. He **falsely** accused us of having a pet on the property. Tim called the police to have us evicted. The police officer offered Tim a reasonable request to allow us to stay the night and leave in the morning since it was past 10pm and our daughters (4 and 6 years old) were asleep in the house. Tim Smith refused and had us evicted. Unreasonable man. Do not do business with this person.
