BEWARE OF THIS SCAM! I placed a order on 12/10/20 and never received it. I emailed Casabilanka regarding my order and was told that the USPS messed up and lost my order. I replied to get a refund and any information regarding the supposed interaction with the Post Office and never heard back. After countless unanswered emails it is safe to say Casabilanka is a fraudulent site! BEWARE OF THIS SCAM!

I placed an order on Dec 3rd (over 6 weeks ago now)....it still hasn't shipped. It was for Christmas, so I just recently asked for a refund...I did receive a reply saying they would look into my request but that was over a week ago and still no follow up. I emailed a second time but still haven't heard back.
