Purchased a mirror from them and then…
Purchased a mirror from them and then decided to cancel after I realized it was too big for my space. I was in contact with them the whole time and they were nice and then everything turned. They charged my card- and I have repeatedly asked for a refund and they say they have refunded me and they have not. They have now ghosted me and have now had to take it to the credit card company. Worst experience. So wrong!

Without an order number, name or other identifying information, we cannot verify the allegation regarding a refund or investigate the matter.. We have requested several times for Trustpilot to assist in this process, however, any business owner experiencing the process of Trustpilot will understand the difficulty in in this process. We do not believe this is a legitimate review ot a legitimate customer of our business at any point and time. We have flagged the review for removal for not based upon a genuine experience.
