We ordered 3 crystal window sun catchers, what was advertised as a 3d display was not what was received. We received a plexiglass with a dull printed picture of birds and butterflies. I have not yet found a way to contact there support to request a refund so I will be contacting PayPal as I paid with that account for processing

Ordered a diamond art dolphin, three dimension, on September 8, it’s been a month I’ve written two or three emails to their customer service and never received a reply. I just requested delivery dates that’s all and nothing. This must be a spam company are a terribly unorganized and uncaring company avoided all costs.

This is a scam. DO NOT BUY anything. I bought a “Crystal” sun catcher and it was a piece of garbage. Dollar store wouldn’t sell it.

False advertisement period. I purchased the Christmas tree kits (all 6 of them). I did receive them. They are about 5 inches tall and not a foot tall as shown in their ad. Fabric is more like a nasty felt than fabric. The toppers are at best screenshots on felt. Everything in it was dull looking. Calls have gone unanswered. A valuable lesson was learned. Please don't order from this company. If I could give them zero stars I would.

False advertisement to start. Received on Sept. 24th, Quilted Christmas tree as shown in videos and picture it looked great about a foot tall , 3 dimensional topper it is no where near what they are marketing. Half the size, topper a fabric screen shot. After reporting to PayPal they decided to respond back and offered 20% refund. They advertise 100% money back guarantee at top of website page. The only thing this kit is good for is the trash can. Buyer beware product marketing very deceiving. They should be shut down.

I received the tree kit that I ordered, and I would like to return for a refund. It was a gift to an older person, but she is not able to follow the poorly written instructions; therefore, it is useless to her and to me. I received item September 18, 2026.

I ordered the Christmas tree kits. They are super tiny, nothing like the video shows. The advertisement is very misleading and they were not worth the price.

the kit I received will make a tree about half the size shown. It came with the fabric but the tree in the advert shows a patch/iron-on decoration on each petal. I only received one. The instructions are very vague especially for the topper. It states to follow the picture but I ordered the snowman that is shown to have a knit cap but nothing was in the box. I assume I have to cut some of the fabric to make the scarf but again no instructions. no instructions as to how many of each size petal is needed. the whole thing is so not worth it. I should have looked for these reviews before I bought Roxana Bertovich
