I had bought all new speakers and two twelves a couple months ago from car toys . Yesterday I had noticed my subs were not working . I went in today and Josh Davis was working and said he would take a look at it for me . He did an amazing job , he noticed I had an amp that pushes way more power then the subs could take and he went and exchanged the subs I had for bigger better subs . He took his time making sure to tune my amp and setting . If you get anything from carrots be sure to ask for Josh Davis he was an awesome guy and knows what he is doing .

Many people evaluate their purchasing choices, partially on reviews of the business they are considering. I do this as well. My recent transaction happened to be needing new front speakers on my older Toyota Prius. Dale (install) and Zack were highly professional, informative and willing to provide me the best price possible. I left in less than 45 minutes with new speakers and a fresh perspective on how Car Toys 2.0 does business. I was very pleased and completely satisfied with how they conduct themselves in such an informative and transparent way. Just last week, I brought my boat in with a stereo issue (not working). Dale diagnosed the issue (free of charge) for me and we decided my old Kenwood stereo was going to need replacing. I will bring the boat in this week for a Kenwood swap out. I believe, strongly, that when people work hard to treat you right and provide you a high level of customer service and value, it needs to be acknowledged JUST AS MUCH as those experiences which warrant a negative review. Dale and Zack are committed to the new direction in which Car Toys is heading. I believe you will be very pleased with their approach and how important taking care of the customer is to this particular shop in Puyallup. I can recommend to anyone who is considering having some electronic work done that you should STRONGLY consider the folks at the Puyallup Car Toys shop.

I was led to this site after query through ChatGPT and secured a great price. This was the final piece I required after buying all my Process West cross over and intercooler pipes direct from Process West. The only hiccup I had was with their website not showing the item had been shipped. I just left a message with them and they were very quick to respond. It turns out Direct Freight is the shipping company used, I suspect this item came direct from Process West in NSW rather than from the CarToys warehouse. All in all I had very quick delivery and the Process West gear is exceptional with precision fitment. Highly recommended

Went to the Car Toys store in Tigard, OR and Rene, the Manager and John, the Asst Mgr, were both very courteous, helpful and professional. They tried to resolve the audio problem with my MBZ S550 but were unable to fix the issue. Even though they were unable to fix the audio issue, it was a great experience. Kudos. Sue Walter

I had a good experience at the puyallup location, they replaced my speakers and tweeters in my Chevrolet Silverado. Dale was the installer and I will go back and get the speakers replaced in the back doors.
